            This guy called ***** from Lux Moving Service moved my home stuff from ******** to ******* on 7/28/23. The guy who he got was very lazy and was throwing things here and there. He left my 65inch ** curved ******* on the floor in my bedroom and left. I was trying to get a based for the tv and called *******, they asked me to check the model of the ** and when I switched it on, I saw a Big crack on the center of the ** which was not visible when it was not on at all. I ping the guy and told him what happened, he started abusing me for it. I then called the company and spoke to *****/******* who tried to transfer me to logistics like 3 times and it got disconnected. ******* said she ***************** her manager and ask him to call me. I am waiting for his call to solve the problem and pay me for the loss.***** told me he had insurance and it would cover if anything goes wrong. Now when i told him about it he says it u,me and tv and not insurance which makes me think that he doesn't have insurance and is lying to me.
