      Set this up through my ******* app. It doesn't work. When I asked to reset the password it sends me an email that says to click the link to reset the password it opens the app to the sign-up page. As CBS Interactive requested I did contact customer support. I'd like to add the screenshot showing that it has now been 24 hours and no one has responded to my chat request. So now we can add very poor customer service to a list of problems with this app.

      Approx one year ago I signed up with Sportsline thinking my husband would be interested in it. He looked over the website and had no interest in what the site had to offer. I waited a few months and in December of 2022 I called to cancel the subscription. Im sure they can look at sign in info and see that our account was not accessed and to my knowledge it was cancelled as I requested. August 7, 2023 my bank account was charged 99 dollars for a one year subscription. I called and was informed they have no record of my cancellation and do not offer refunds. I called the day after the charge to inform them of their mistake and they offer no resolution. If you do a ****** search of Sportsline you will see this same complaint over and over so its obviously a problem with people on their end and I feel as though I deserve my money returned.

      I woke up in the morning and checked my free cbs sports app to see scores like I normally do. When I clicked to enter the site, it stated that a transaction of ****** was made. I checked my bank account and saw that the money was taken out. I did not authorize this transaction and tried to rectify the situation with the company. However, they sent me back an email stating they could not find any transactions associated with my email. I am now seeking your help to get back the money that belongs in my account.

      Hi,I was charged $99 for a subscription last week that I did not request. I have never logged into the service. I reset the password associated with my email address to cancel the subscription.I contacted their support and requested a refund. They refused. I said I did not sign up for the service and I asked for information about whether the account has been used but they cannot provide. They said I have been a member since 2020, but I have never used this service. I'm seeking a refund of $99.

      I signed up for a free trial on Sportsline **** I attempted to cancel my free trial before the subscription would renew. Despite Sportsline advertising you can cancel online, there is no way to cancel online. They also advertise that you can cancel by calling them. I called 3 separate times and waited 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, an automatic voice told me there was no one available to answer my call and hung up.Today my subscription renewed and they charged me $100. I reached out to them through email to get my subscription cancelled and get a refund. They refused to refund me or cancel my subscription. I have uploaded a screenshot showing there is no way to cancel your account online despite **************** it as a way to cancel.

      This company charged me ***** for a subscription I didn't sign up for and when I told them I'd like a refund they told me they don't give refunds. How?! I haven't used this service or the account ever, zero activity and they refuse to refund me. It's a scam company. If someone gets your card number and signs up for this they will tell you too bad. Now I have to attempt a chargeback to get my refund that should have been issued immediately.

      I attempted to cancel my subscription to Sportsline and forever reason, it didnt go through. I reached out to the Sportsline support group and was told we dont issue refunds so I asked for a credit to another CBS program and was told that they cant do that either. Sportsline managed to charge the subscription to a non-functioning card which overdrafted my account
