      While playing the game Dragonscapes developed by this company, I purchased items during a limited time (LT) event. The limited time (LT) fall ball (FB) game glitched from an update and stopped allowing the collection of energy. Energy is how you progress in the game. Glitch was admitted by customer service. Simultaneously, another LT competition required the use of energy. I averaged **** energy items per FB fame and had over **** coins to play at 15 coins per play. Without the glitch I would have ******* extra energy points. These coins to play FB were earned from purchases. The glitch prevented me from using coins. The event ended without being fixed. I did NOT get the benefit of my purchase. My purchases weee induced by advancing in the game during the LT event. In contract terms, I did not get me the benefit of my bargain and the seller breached the purchase contract by failing to maintain the game in operating order during the LT event for which I made my purchase.

      I purchased game currency and items like I have for 2 years . Then on May , 15 13:47 utc time which game operates on my items were lost and I called apple as they handle billing for game for iOS users ( Apple ) . I screeen shared my phone to show what was going on in game and they said to reach out to developer . Who took 3-4 mos to get back . In that time Apple reimbursed me my lost items costing ****** usd give or take . I proven my purchase in game help support after they said I owed them ****** usd what Apple reimbursed me saying I used a third party app and I was running a scam when I was the player who reported inappropriate behavior , pics , comments that are not allowed as this is a game kids can play too . Ans many do . They dont care and just dont respond . They sent a message on what is called discord channel warning players of the issue they having with refund issues and becareful . I have all prove of every purchase , and they still wont zero my balance out and I been playing game for two years and a lot of work on my down time and they have ruined my game , experience and waisted over ******* usd of items purchased . I need this resolved as one employee treated me saying I owe 22 dollars . Another *************************************************************************************************************** I want my balance brought to 0 dollars . That is all .

      Company stole my money. I purchased an item within the game and received a message that essentially amounted to because you received a refund once back in 2021 we will not honor your purchase. So this company literally stole my money from me. I bought something and didnt receive it and they will not issue a refund.

      I play the **** of ****** game by FunPlus. Over the course of several years I have invested money to build up my profile. On 2/8 FunPlus updated the game, which caused me to lose the resources I had paid for, amounting to a several hundred dollar loss. Their tech support to date has been unhelpful.

      This company creates and distributes mobile video games. They sell in game items through micro transaction however they use deceptive verbiage and are constantly changing the rules and structure of in game events and subject matter to make items purchased either obsolete (within hours of purchase) or removing the items completely from the game (also within unreasonably short time frames). I have played many similar games in the past and this is not a matter of natural evolution of the game. They actively lie and change parameters within hours of releasing content that can be purchased with real world money. When raised with their internal customer service they replay with a form we will take it into consideration and then close tickets before you can even discuss the issue with them. It is obvious they are aware of what they are doing and deceiving customers is the main goal.

      I made 3 in app purchases on 7/24/22 and havent received the bundles. Ive contacted customer service thru the app multiple times. They request proof of payment and Ive provided it multiple times. The first rep informed that the purchase history info was not enough, so I provided a copy of the receipt. The next rep stated they needed an individual receipt for each purchase. I provided that and the next rep said that was not sufficient, because Apple send receipts, when you click to buy, even if item isnt paid for. Ive contacted Apple and they said that isnt true. The rep asked for banking information to show payment. The payment wasnt processed thru a bank, it was made using my Apple account balance, which the receipt shows.

      From April 8th onwards to April 13th I spent a total of 70$ in KOA. This is not buyers remorse. I asked ****** if I could refund and they sent it to the developer and so far all have been denied. So I contacted Customer support and got the generic"High number of customers, please more info meantime" So I've sent screenshots and explained more that while I was sick I made these purchases when I wasn't in clear mind and I want my 70$ back. So far, silence. Absolutely silence. What do I want to happen: My money refunded Will I take anything else: No, just my money back. No in-game packs ect is going to fix this, I want my money back.

      In July, August, and September of ************************************** I do not know what these charges are and I did not make them. I contacted ****** and they said they would send me a refund but never did. I got a new card. They charged me over $1000. I have been in contact with them since 2020 and no resolution has been made.

      I joined this game over 4 years ago and at one point my account was hacked. I contacted ****** play and the developers of the game. The developers refused a refund while ****** play ended issuing a partial refund. I went today to make a purchase on the game and they took my money yet did not and refuse to give me my purchase. This company is filled with thieves and liars.

      Jan 22 2022. I have screenshots of the entire convo with their support . they waited till the event was over to ask for video knowing I cant since the event was over . I provided time stamps from internal game logs etc . they basically told me they can't help me and see nothing wrong .
