This app will let you purchase digital items but if the items go missing or theres an issue with your payment and it is refunded they block, your access to the currency and items that you paid for I paid for in game currency I contacted customer service about missing items and basically they they would do nothing so I complain to my financial institution. They refunded me it was only a few dollars thankfully, but they blocked my account from using the in game currency that I had previously purchased. As an undercover game reviewer, I am deeply disturbed by this not only is a form of fraud, but also affects minors and families, since the game targets, minors, and pushes purchases both accidental and purposeful be warned. They will absolutely not refund any purchase no matter if it was an accidental or otherwise even if purchased by minorReview from CJ K

I have been playing the Marvel Contest of Champions for about a week, and have spent around $20, and I no longer have access to my account. I have been banned for 6 days, almost as long as I have had the account. Really? What is this? What a rip off... I just turned lvl ******************************************************** today. I have done NOTHING wrong, haven't chatted at all in the chat, haven't really played against any other players, mostly local campaigns... There is NO reason to ban me, I have not cheated, I am still lvl 19! I have not harassed anyone, I haven't chatted, I have done NOTHING against the TOS.This is really disturbing behavior from Kabam, how can they get away ripping people off like this!Review from Clarence G

This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate when it comes to their customers. They provide online gaming but their games have bugs and instead of fixing the bugs to make the game playable they give a reward package of things players can't even use. The company is just a money grab, they don't develop fun game play , nor good characters, if they make a character too powerful they will nerf them. I created a ticket and the customer service just ignores me.Review from Jeff B

Worst gaming apps there is,they know there game is broken but they keep pushing there product on there customers for the cash grab with no intention of fixing the problem. and the customer service just keeps blaming the issues on you device.
