Hello, I placed an order on your APP under my account on June 11th of 2023. Wanelo took my money as soon as i placed the order but never sent me the item i purchased. I have sent more than 10 emails that I have documents proof of. Only a couple were actually responded to by an actual person. They specified that they were sorry and they were reaching out to the seller. after that they ignored every single one of my mails AND phone calls that are also documented. This is OUTRAGEOUS for a company to stoop so low and take advantage of their customers and their bank accounts. I am STILL requesting my refund for my order.Initial Complaint

Yes I ordered a lot of purses and sunglasses and wallets. I do not work because I am filling for disability. So I had to save for these things for my daughter for her Birthday all year. Not one of the items showed up? They never sent use anything? I have talked to them via email about refunding my money 12 times. They said they would and never did. My order number was ******** and the email dates that I sent them are 4/27/23, 5/1/23, 5/3/23,5/7/23, 5/9/23,5/17/23,5/23/23, 5/23/23, 5/30/23, 6/2/23, 6/7/23, 6/19/23.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase through this shopping platform under the assumption they would hold up to their policy that if anything was wrong with the product or I didnt receive the product I ordered there was a guaranteed 100% refund of said purchase. I made 3 different purchases. One was for some posters, which I received in a timely manner. The other two were for a pair of shoes and a purse. Both of which have remained in the same processed stage but nothing has even been attempted by the seller to ship my product or anything although they received the payment. And this purchase was February 2023. Since early march throughout the entire year since, I have contacted Wanelo numerous times and have either received an automated response that they have contacted the seller and they are waiting on a response. Or they have continued to express their concern for my issues but have ignored my request for my refund and cancellation of these 2 items. After pressing a little harder on them, they assured me they would be sending my refund to my original form of payment but have yet to do so. And since have ignored my emails of inquiry of my refund.Initial Complaint

On 2/25/23 I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Wanelo totaling $117.77. - . Order #********. Both items were purchased from the same store within Wanelo - memberinfashion.I have emailed Wanelo to get updates on my order and to request a refund and each time they respond with an email stating that they are experiencing a service interruption and they will get back to me soon. Its not been over a year and the site is no longer active.
