Ok Jan 26 I placed an order for a short and pair of pants from Betabrand. The pants arrived approximately Jan 28 and are great. The shirt has not arrived.nincontactedncustomed service 2/4/25 and got a non answer. I contacted on Feb 5 twice. First a non answer then I requested a refund. I have not received a refund today and I contacted them again. *****. Same non answer: I'll contact the warehouse. I did file a dispute with the credit card company today.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of jeans from betabrand.com. Over the past year, I have emailed the company four times to find out where the jeans were (a second pair of pants I ordered at the same time arrived promptly). Each time I emailed, I was told the jeans were on back order and "thank you for my patience". I emailed again a few weeks ago and said I was going to report the company. The response was "good news, we've sent your order". Several days later that was followed by an email saying that no, the order had actually been shipped months ago and as far as the company was concerned the matter was resolved. I emailed back with pictures, explaining that the company has told me again and again the jeans were on backorder. So how can it have been shipped and on back order at the same time? The company responded that "we unfortunately find ourselves unable to resolve this matter at this point. I recommend filing a chargeback with your bank." If you look at the "order" image attached, you will see that it shows two pairs were purchased but only one was shipped (lower left)...even though the order indicates that it is fulfilled.I am surprised, as I have been a loyal customer of this company over the years, to have been treated so poorly. On 11/28/23 I order 2 pairs of 7 pocket yoga pants. I paid for them with Affirm which was fully paid off.As of this date I have not received my pants. I ordered 2 pairs of pants from this company on 3/28. Received them and they didnt fit, sent them back for an exchange and keep getting nowhere when asking where my items are. Paid all the money but still have no items. I sent them back and asked for the same pants in Large Tall. They told me a month ago they would be shipped soon. The company Betabrand has been repeatedly taking orders for well over a year, spamming with advertisements for new products and unfulfilling orders repeatedly. They seem to be willing to hold money indefinitely unless a customer reaches out, when it can take weeks to months to get refunded money back. My last four orders have been unfulfilled and i have had to fight for a refund. In March of 2024 they posted apologies on social media for the shipping "issues" and vowed to resolve and ship all orders by 4/30. After no contact about an order i reached out and yet again the order is lost so I have asked for a refund. This problem, if you look at the comments on their ******** and instagram is pervasive. I placed an online order on 4/16/24 for 10 items totaling just under $400.00. I opted to use the AfterPay option to spread out the cost & have made 2 of the payments so far, each for $99.18--one on 4/17/24 & another on 5/1/24. As of 5/6/24 I have not received my order. On 4/28/24, I sent an email asking for information, as no phone number is to be found anywhere & their chat function is apparently disabled (nothing happens when it's clicked on.) They were responsive & apologetic enough, saying they transitioned to a new fulfillment center & were experiencing a significant backlog, but it was vague (& apparently the same canned response others have been receiving back into early 2023!) The second email specifically said they were unable to give me exacts on when the order could be fulfilled and/or shipped, but they did offer a 10% discount--but ONLY when the order shipped! Meanwhile, I've made 2 payments on products I haven't received. I did a ****** search & am horrified to read other similar stories, some cases six/seven months later with payment but no product! Betabrand has gone horribly downhill, used to order from them routinely with no issues. After reading others reviews, I have cancelled my order & requested a full refund of payments made to date.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 items on 3/27/24 - I have sent numerous emails (including one today 5/1/24 - over a month after my order) asking for delivery status. Each time I'm told "We're truly sorry for the delay. We recently transitioned to a new fulfillment location that has caused a backlog of orders. Because of these challenges, they have only been able to fulfill a small portion of our daily sales at a time, which has resulted in lengthy, ongoing order delays for our customers. Given the predicament we are faced with, we are unable to provide you with an estimated ship date, but can assure that orders are shipping out daily, just not as swiftly as we'd want them to. We know how much our customers love our brand - and the love is reciprocated, once all orders are caught up it will position us to better serve you and provide timely deliveries in the future. As for this order, you'll receive an email notification as soon as it ships out." Purchased 5 pair of pants in December 2024. No warning from company about delays but waited patiently on the pants to arrive. Package arrives April 2024. Included in the package is three correct items, 2 missing items (that I have paid for), and one extra item that I didnt order or pay for (not in my size, nothing like my missing item). The company reimbursed for only 1 pair of missing pants and refuses any additional money back until I return the item that they sent me incorrectly that I didnt order. I am fine with a return of that extra item as long as it doesnt cost me money. They want me to ship it back to them by going to a shipping place or visiting a happy returns location. I have advised that I do not have the time and that I shouldnt have to spend my gas money on their error. I have asked for a pre-addressed shipping bag to be mailed to me that I can simply drop the item into and mail it back from my own mailbox. The happy returns locations also require a barcode, which I dont have because I didnt order these and they arent on my receipt. I have emailed several times without resolution.Initial Complaint

I ordered in January and did not realize that my order did not arrive until I placed a second order and went to review my order as it did not arrive and found my earlier order did not arrive either. I am asking for a refund. I have contacted the company and just get emails as they do not answer their phone. How is this company still allowed to process orders?
