      "I am extremely disappointed with the Drop app. Despite the appealing promise of earning rewards for everyday shopping, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and deceptive. After spending months accumulating points, I found it impossible to redeem them for any rewards. The app's interface is confusing, and every time I attempt to cash in my points, I encounter errors or am met with vague messages about unavailable rewards. Customer support is unhelpful, often giving generic responses that don't address the issues. It feels like a fraudulent scheme designed to lure users in without ever delivering on its promises. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app. There are far better and more reliable rewards programs out there."

      they have not been giving out gift cards to anyone during their phony "weekly gift card drop". This app is now a scam and nobody is getting the rewards they were promised. The Drop app keeps taking our data (shopping data) and creating new offers with fake rewards that nobody will see. They owe me at least $100. Its a scam app and needs to be removed.

      I have been trying to redeem for my gift card for over 3 months now. I follow their instructions for how to redeem every time, yet, I am always "too late" according to the app. I sign in 10 minutes early and as soon as the gift card drop starts, before I even have a chance to press redeem, it says gift cards are already sold out. Apparently I am not the only one by far that this is happening to. I have repeatedly contacted customer support only to be told each and every time that I just have to keep trying. This is just not right. I worked really hard for a very long time to get enough points to get my gift card. Now it seems all of that effort has been wasted. I won't be doing anything else for them on the app. I am not willing to work for scammers. And that is exactly what they are at Drop. Such a shame that there are those in this world who can do these kinds of things to hard working people who are obviously not going to benefit from their efforts. Who does benefit? Drop app does. No one else will. I see that now. Something needs to be done to put a stop to their cheating people and this app needs to not only be forced to ***** to those the gift cards they are trying to claim, but they should be heavily fined and shut down permanently.

      These people owe me over $162 which are supposed to be distributed every Thursday In $25 gift cards. They are a fraudulent company that need to compensate their loyal users or prepare for a lawsuit!

      ************ since its just an illusion that they give gift cards every thursday. When you want to redeem it is sold out immediately as in when you can try redeeming at 10:00 am it is sold out at 10 am. When they dont want or cant afford to give out gift cards its best to be transparent then hang on to peoples credit card info and just continue lying. This is a reprehensible business practice!

      On May 25, I received the Canvas Base kit and Classic Ascents. Upon receiving them and merely opening the box to look at the keycaps through the plastic, I found that the kits were not to my liking. Specifically, I was not too fond of the typeface. As I understood, Drops refund policy was as follows; We get it. Sometimes what you ordered just doesnt work out. If thats the case for you, dont fret! All customers (both ** and international) may return this item in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Erroneously, believing that Drop would honor its refund policy, I requested a refund. As the items were shipped in one box, I returned the items in one boxthe same box. However, only one of the items, the cheaper of the two, has been marked as returned. I am now facing the genuine prospect that I will have neither the item, the Canvas Base Kit, nor the ~$78.00 (the cost of the item). I have reached out to Drop, and for ten days, I have been repeatedly told that they are looking into it without any indication of when this matter might be resolved. Other emails have been outright ignored. I am disheartened that I am forced to take these measures because I have had nothing but positive experiences with Drop until now.

      I signed up last year for the drop club membership and had completely forgotten about it since I only used it twice. Today they charged me for the membership and didnt send any kind of heads up email like most companies do to remind you of the upcoming charge. Within an hour of the charge I emailed asking to cancel the membership and refund the charge. They said once the payment is made it cannot be refunded. At this time the payment is still pending so I filed a dispute with my bank to stop the payment. What kind of company has policy standards this low? I also had a bad experience with one of my only purchases from them. It wasnt working correctly and required a SUPER hacky 3rd party installation that my MacBook was flagging as unsafe and wouldnt open. I was not willing to risk my security and asked to return the unused item. They refused and said all sales are final. $85 wasted.

However we would like to clarify a few details to make sure there are no misunderstandings. Regarding the club membership, we have verified and can confirm that a renewal notice was sent to your email 7 days before the renewal. As with any subscription based service, in the end it is subscribers responsibility to terminate the service before the renewal. We apologize that the renewal notice was missed which led to the misunderstanding that our members are not notified prior to renewal.Regarding the purchase you are referring to. This is a 3rd party product sold through our store. As a reseller, unfortunately we can't define which software a vendor should use or support. We've tested their product and have been successfully able to customize and use the product. We apologize that a member of our customer service team wasn't able to provide troubleshooting tips. While it is challenging to provide technical support for all 3rd party products, we will work with our vendors to find better ways to support our customers. We also offered to replace the item you had on hand, while returns are not allowed for 3rd party products (which is also listed on the product page). If you are still unable to customize the product we'd still be happy to look into this. While we understand we haven't fully resolved the concerns you have, we hope the above clarifications relieve some of the doubts you've had, and we do hope you'll give us another chance.       Order placed on 10/19 for a product that is in stock at multiple stores. I receive order email says my order is processing. I checked back on 11/21 and the order still hasn't been shipped. It won't be shipped until 12/9. I needed the product weeks ago.I understand if the product was a pre-order that didnt exist, but I can order the product today on Amazon and get it tomorrow (and have done exactly this).OK fine, they've had my money for over a month but haven't shipped yet. Just email them to refund right? Nope! I emailed customer service asking to cancel the order and they refused and kept repeating the same thing.

Preorder cancellations are accepted before the run ends. We note on the product page, "After this product run ends, orders will be submitted to the vendor up front, making all orders final."

      Well, this is an interesting review that I did not want to write. The company creates incredible products that could change the way low-level audiophile equipement is produced and distributed...which they did followed by terribly customer service and even worse reliability. Buy product. Enjoy product. Product breaks. Massdrop informs you of the mistake you made and attempts to sell you more product via the email you provided. Please do not make the same mistake ALL OF ** MADE. If you see something you like from Massdrop, research the product and buy a similar product from ANY other retailer an you will have a better experience. Frankly sad I helped this companies profits in any way. At this point we have plenty of options as consumers and frankly this is company is not worth your time or money.
