This website is selling gift cards for my business. This was not authorized. If they sold a gift card for my business, they certainly have not forwarded any funds. This is a scam. They are NOT authorized to sell gift cards for my business. They need to take this down immediately. https://www.giftly.com/gift-card/abacus-resumes-mission-2

      Hi *******,
We are very sorry for any confusion. If your staff accepted Giftly as payment, please let us know and we will reimburse you. As requested, Abacus Resumes has been removed from Giftly's directory. We'd also like to clarify our product as there seems to be a misunderstanding.
When someone sends a gift through Giftly, they are sending money with a suggestion for how to spend it. The Giftly website pulls listings of local businesses from publicly available directories, so that people can suggest local businesses like yours to their gift recipients.
In order to redeem a gift, the recipient visits the Giftly website, where they enter their gift code and choose a way to receive the money they were given. We send the gifted funds to them directly.
When a Giftly recipient comes to your business, they should pay you the full amount for their purchase using a normal payment method. Customers shouldn't present anything Giftly-related to you. We work with the customer to get them the funds, so there's nothing you need to do.
We hope this clears things up. If, in light of the above, you'd like to have your listing reinstated, just let us know.

      Hi ****,

We are so sorry for the frustration with your gift.

On May 13 you notified our Customer Support team that you had not received your **** gift card from our issuing partner and we confirmed you had successfully requested a replacement. On June 2, you were attached to an email from your buyer, who reached out to let us know the gift card still had not been received. We offered to cancel the gift card so the gift could be redeemed electronically, which your gifter thought was best. We re-sent the gift to your email to be re-redeemed. On June 8, you contacted us about the gift card that had not arrived and we reconfirmed the previous correspondence with your gifter and offered the link to re-redeem. You then redeemed your gift again as a **** gift card.

If you do not receive your replacement **** gift card, please let us know and well be happy to either re-set your gift once again to be redeemed electronically or we can refund your buyer entirely.

If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached at ********************************.

My son gave us a $100 giftly card for our anniversary to use to go to dinner. I have tried over and over to activate the card with no success. I enter the required #'s and information and it will not activate. I have called the telephone numbers and had to listen to several minutes of ads, then it just goes to being put on hold for 45 minutes till I gave up. It looks like this company is just a scam. I would like for them to refund the money OR activate the card so we can use it.

      Hi *****,

We are so sorry for the frustration with your gift.

Upon receipt of your complaint on June 6, our Customer Support team reached out to you to assist with activating your **** gift card. You confirmed you were able to activate the card using the link we had provided but informed us you were having trouble making a purchase online. We confirmed that a billing address needed to be registered for the card to be used online and we provided the link to do so. You followed up to let us know you had successfully used the card.

Again, were so sorry for this experience. Since the card has been used, were not able to offer a refund at this time. However, if you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached at ********************************.

Received a $50.00 gift card for my 80th birthday on February 20, 2021. I have tried to redeem the card on the Giftly web site without any success. The site says it cannot recognize the "Gift Code". A review of the BBB site as it relates to Giftly indicates they are a scam business to be avoided. The Gift code can be provided if requested.
