      i want to add zero stars but i needed to make sure its identified that they have a low rating.i have a pending charge to my acct from Mint LLC. Never heard of them, much less purchase from them. they are committing fraud.

      Minted had a great concept of helpong artists unfortunately that was the only good thing about this company. Im sending out a vellum paper with invite that states please come to our wedding but spread the word that Minted lacks customer service as design team, production team and customer assistance dont interact. Designers changed our wording on initial proof of invite. then deleted wording on second proof. Production handles envelopes and unable to show a sample image, Font samples show all envelodes in a capital size fone but envelopes printed with upper and lowercase which looks terrible. The paper quality on sample isnt indicated and used DHL that held sample for 10 days before giving to **** to take another week to deliver. Unable to get website to send the sample as glitch in payment processs. Then charged for multiple line items with no notice. Too many disgruntled employees who probably arent getting paid and have no idea what they are doing. Only help came adter demanding a supvisor and it took three! ************************ and ******. Please plan to spend thousands,get headaches and never really know what you are ordering. Good Luck!

      When calling CS kids are in the background screaming the girl wasnt listening to me after I gave her all the information she ask me to repeat it as she was more focused on her children. Ask to speak to a supervisor after waiting g 55 minutes the customer service rep named ******* she didnt know how to transfer a call. She told me ***** would call back ASAP, gave her my phone number never heard from *****.. RUN from this company DONT order from them. Quick to take your $$$$ but to deal with CS is such a negative.

      Minted completely messed up our holiday cards. We ordered Dec 4th, Proof approved Dec 6th, label created Dec 9th...then nothing! They never delivered the cards to the shipper. Customer support is, without exaggeration, humans with no authority to fix things or AI-powered emails that miss basic facts of your order. Our cards were never delivered despite repeated assurances from customer support that they would be. We accepted a full refund (bare minimum, given they did not give us what we paid for!) and will never be using their services again. As soon as the refund clears I'll be deleting our account. Genuine disappointment as this was our 4th year in a row ordering holiday cards from them but support was so bad (they have a few dozen paragraphs they can use in an email and adjust them accordingly) that I'm now just making sure all our friends and family know to never use Minted. Highlight was definitely us asking about the status of our order on the 19th, them offering us a 20% discount because it was delayed, and then only giving us 10%. What a joke.

      I WILL NEVER USE MINTED AGAIN. They deleted all of my contacts in my address assistant and screwed up an order that I received that did not have my return addresses printed on the envelopes. DO not use them.

      They essentially don't have customer service. The emails from the company read as if they are IA, maybe they are? After over an hour of my time on hold and being disconnected twice, I give up. I will never spend money there again. They advertise that they support artists with signatures on the cards but that is not always the case. Disappointed customer.

      False and misleading information. I placed my order on 12/5/2023. I was told Est Delivery 12/14/23; then told Est Delivery 12/15/23. I received email response from Minted saying est delivery will be Friday Dec 15, 2023. As of today Monday Dec 18, 2023, I have yet to receive my Christmas cards.

      I would leave 0 stars if I could! I paid more for their Christmas cards, was told they would be delivered by 12/11. Still haven't received them and there is no concrete date when I will. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER use their services again. Why would I want to spend $350 to send Christmas cards out after Christmas?

      It's unfortunate I cannot give zero stars. I've never left a review like this on any website at all but I just ordered my Christmas cards (under $150) and have now, two weeks later, after receiving, been charged $310 from ****** This should be criminal. Please investigate this company. It looks like I'm not the only one that have had such horrendous issues and it's hard to believe they can still be in business operating this way.

      Minted's customer service protocols ****** on deceit / exploitation of consumers. After you spend HOURS on hold, they will tell you whatever you want to hear - regardless of how accurate it is or if they are able to uphold their promise. It doesn't matter because you will never get in contact with the same person again - each time you call or email it is treated like brand new. I spend hours and months trying to work with these people and couldn't get the invitations I had ordered, paid for, and promised would be delivered. Minted refunded it eventually, but that does not erase the pain and suffering their unjust business practices caused - during the height of my wedding planning. I will make sure to advise everyone I know to go elsewhere for their wedding invitations, etc.
