Have waited over two months for 2 refunds, have proof of returns and no refund! Multiple emails to Modsy and no answer. This is fraud!

I purchased two plans from Modsy. One for my great room and the other for my dining room. I had a consultation with the interior designer and provided photos and room measurements. She informed me that I did not need to pay for the dining room since my space was "open concept" and she would request a refund for me for that room. She told me that she would be in touch with me, but I did not hear back from her. I reached out to Modsy and was told that they were going out of business. Days later I heard from the interior designer. She said she could work independently with me since Modsy was shutting down. I reached out to Modsy and requested a refund. They told me that they were going out of business and I needed to fill out a form. I did as instructed, however I have not received a refund. I've reached out multiple times only to be told that it's going to "take a while". I made this purchase on May 31st. I reached out to them in early June. It is now August 1st. Modsy owes me $674.25. I regret working with this company as they lack integrity and transparency. They are thieves. Do not do business with them.

Modsy shut down and I was no informed $6,500 worth of furniture ordered with no update or method of refund or response!!!!

Paid $2000 for a dining table on 1st December 2021 and they kept us waiting saying it'll arrive in April 2022. Then changed the delivery date to June 2022 and now they have not been responding nor has the dining table arrived. I'm stuck without any response and seems I lost $2000.

Paid for a couch in January that has not been delivered. I have contacted the company numerous times with no response.

I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered a "luxe design" from Modsy. The designer was ok but had very limited availability. Based on the initial design, I ordered several items. Once I few items arrived, I went online to request some changes/additional info from the designer. At that time I found out that design services were no longer being provided and I could request a refund (no refund received to date). I received some of the items in my order but 5 items are outstanding. Two items should have been delivered by now and I cannot get any response on a new delivery date. The other 3 items are due to be delivered Aug-Dec. I have reached out to Modsy asking if my goods will be delivered or if they will refund my purchase as well as find out the status of my design refund. I have not received any response. I am fear that goods that I have paid for will never be delivered. A very disappointing experience.

Scam. Went out of business. Did not get anywhere near completing the project. Unable to get a hold of anyone to process a refund.

I purchased this design service for my nursery. I was beyond excited. A couple of influencers I follow had talked about them and it was a Mother's Day gift from my husband. This is our first baby and I wanted a picture-perfect nursery. I was pretty happy with my designer however, a lot of the pieces on Modsy are outside of my budget. I purchased a couple of key pieces, the crib, and the dresser/changing table, for the nursery about two months ago and then my designer informed me it was her last day about 1-2 weeks ago and told me I'd be paired with a new designer. That has not happened still so the designer chat feature is disabled. **************** stopped responding to my emails. They no longer have live chat and the phones are not monitored either. I've attempted to cancel my order 10+ times because the estimated delivery is well after my due date for this baby and I obviously want/need my crib and changing table/dresser. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company yesterday and am hoping to get a refund on the $2K in furniture I purchased. The customer service rep with my credit card company sounded very optimistic. I've ordered different furniture directly from the manufacturer so I'm really hoping I'll get that $2K back to go toward the new stuff.

Modsy is terrible service. You pay your money and you will never get your staff. Impossible to communicate, they do not reply to emails, live chat is off and no phone number. Im lost and do not really know what to do. I did not get my items, I cannot cancel order, I can do nothing. Lets make group statement to the court
