I booked a reservation through a 3rd party site called Super.com for a reservation at this hotel. The hotel took the reservation, the 3rd party took ****** for the booking. Upon arrival on Sept 10th for my stay I was double charged on my account for the exact amount of ******. After noticing this in sep/nov I contacted the hotel and had the charge reversed. Then on 11/20/2023 they charged me AGAIN for the ******. They say the reason this occurred is because they never received a virtual card from SUPER.com. They are refusing to give me a refund until this occurs.I don't believe it is my responsibility to fix the issue with their systems not providing the correct information to each other. These charges were added onto my credit card (thus I was charged interest on top of all of this for the last 3 months). I have spent a considerable amount of effort the first time to reverse these charges and for some reason IHG / ********** believes it is my responsibility to fix their issue with super.com If IHG is willing to take reservations from 3rd party sites, the risk of not receiving the money should fall on them not the customer. I have talked to 3-4 different managers. The first couple told me they could reverse the charge (AND DID), the more recent one Vee (General manager) told me they can't reverse it until the 3rd party fixes their end which I know is not true since the first manager was able to do so and told me its not her responsibility to contact super.com for the charge.At this point I want the charges removed and the interest reimbursed as well. I am beyond frustrated that I have spent 2-3 months fixing THEIR PROBLEM.
