Signed up for month parking @$380 a month. I canceled in April using their archaic online system. The system said do not call about your cancellation as this will create a duplicate entry and slow down your process. Low and behold my account was not canceled and they charged me for **** I called and visited in person to cancel. I was notified the account was canceled I was then charged again for **** and July. Impark/**** said that they would contact me but no one ever has. I then received an email saying that they are no longer managing this account and I am being transferred to abm parking management and my card WILL BE CHARGED! I can only assume this is why my account was mismanaged and not canceled appropriately. I called my bank to cancel the charges. They recharged my card plus additional fees.
