We were in a desperate situation. We have a 40 acre farm and our LGDs are trained to protect our livestock. They are trained to track predators and chase them off. We got a new neighbor from NY city who bought next to us. He shot one of our dogs during a very active coyote season. Traditional fencing wont keep our dogs contained, we live in a mountainous region and the dogs are used to scaling, climbing and jumping. Electric fences dont stop them either. We tried SpotOn and the failing of these collars is literally the difference of life and death of our dogs. They worked! Our dogs can do their job, protect our animals and children, but they stop at the boundary lines and return home. I can also see where they go and how far. So by telling where are dogs are concentrating, I can tell where there is high predator activity and/or trails. One of the prongs broke off early on and the company replaced the collar quickly. If I had any complaint about the collar is the battery life. Our dogs are nocturnal, but want to be us during the day as well. The battery life is about 12 hours, but we are saving to by a rotating set.Review from Yi Chuan K

SpotOn delivered me equipment last year. And charged me $854. But the system couldnt work at my shop. Their manager ******** and ***** took my equipment away. They said they would setup a new system for me. But they never come back. ****** is the one who took over my case. But she let Spoton keep over charge me 7 times in 5 months. No matte what I do. They just answer me. I will refund you. But I never received any money. It is an unresponsive company for they allow their employees do something so bad.SpotOn Transact, LLC Response

Received a receipt from SpotOn for a transaction I did not make. When I called for support they told me to contact the merchant (an airport kiosk). When asked how I could do so (the receipt contained no merchant details), they promptly said they could not help and closed my case. Thankfully I should be able to dispute the charge via my credit card company. But this is not a very consumer friendly way to do business and I will be avoiding self serve airport kiosks in the future because of this experience.SpotOn Transact, LLC Response

Maybe I should've read these reviews before actually using this company. For over a month now my recurring payments feature stopped working and I've lost $3k so far. Every time I call customer service they say they're escalating the issue but its never get it resolved. A couple of times they sent tickets back saying they rectified the issue but never did and never do. Whenever you call to talk about possible transactional refunds they end the conversation quickly. My first small business will basically be ruined because I partnered with a company that can't fix the issues they cause. So disappointing that when they say they'll call back, they rarely ever do. Try another company with better customer service and a better understanding of their own products before you go with Spoton, this has become such a nightmare and I'm still waiting for help. I would hate to have to resort a legal action remedy but what else am I to do?? My business is failing because of Spoton. I guess they'll be some generic messages saying how sorry they are about my experience and that someone is working on it now and will reach out shortly. All lies to this point... and totally unfair! When tech-support tells you they never saw or had a problem like your's, you basically get the feeling of gross incompetence and being alone in the water with no life raft.SpotOn Transact, LLC Response

I called to close my account and the customer service person assured me it was closed, My account was debited again and I called back and I was assured the account was closed. ********************** is still drafting my account. $50.00 this month. The worst experience I've ever had in business with yall. I've been trying to get a refund for a month. **** gave me 5 different invoice for refund an no money. Blame my bank for no releasing funds. Horrible customer service. No follow up. Can only talk to off-shore customer service person. Nothing gets resolved. Sales reports are inaccurate and of no use. The payment system is fine but no customer support. SCHReview from Jerome C

Sales rep made every promise in the world. Once we realized that Spot On could not actually offer wireless service. That it had to be done through ethernet cables we politely informed them we could not use their service. We never heard back from anybody. Until they told us that our equipment had been shipped even though weve canceled it via text a WEEK earlier. We were also informed that the 600 deposit was nonrefundable despite the fact they dont keep their word on ANYTHING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ************TERRIBLE ***************** Recently bought a business that used the spot on credit card machine and it is now going over 3-1/2 weeks since I should have been able to have batched out of the machine. Since I took the business over, I have not been able to get ANY Money out of the machine. I have call logs on my phone, that I have spoke with 8 different people from Spot on with calls that run over 1 hour in length and well over 19 different phone calls to them 7 different emails and the previous owner whom I purchased the business from has the same amount of calls and I have gotten NOWHERE with them whatsoever. They call it a COO (Change of Ownership) and I still to this minute have gotten the run around from them. At this point, I am contacting my attorney...
