Hello,I visited the Petco Park Lakes Landing, ************** If I could give this location 0 stars I surely would.My dog has a heart murmur and has since he was born. I have been coming for over 8 years to this same location, with no issue. Today ***** (GM) and his grooming staff has decided that they cannot groom my dog. I have had all documentation sent over to them from the Vetco vet that states my dog can be groomed months ago and yet they have decided because they are too busy today that they cannot groom him. There are no notes in the system, yes my vet has sent something over numerous times. When I say I will never frequent this location again, I mean that. Honestly I would prefer to leave Petco all together because this is horrible, especially to a loyal customer. And to top it off, ***** showed no sympathy, didn't try to come up with any other options and pretty much said oh well in so many words.He's a sorry excuse for a GM and now Im forced to find another groomer because of this locations lack of professionalism and concern.Review from Wanda B

The Petco in ****** ****** is training level one puppy training in the aisles of the store during business hours with customers disrupting the training and having the dogs eat the training treats off the dirty floor. They have no training area for which to train the dogs of which they are charging for. After the second training my dog got sick from eating the treats and the store refused to refund my money. The store manager was disrespectful and unprofessional (Josellyn). I have contacted the corporate headquarter twice with promises of the district general manager to contact me. They have not. I will continue to seek resolution until my money is refunded.Review from Travis S

They keep dozens of dying budgies in p*** filled unclean cages and they simply let them die in their own feeces all of them have diseases, I have had 2 budgies die on me due to the fact that they had a respiratory disease that was never even bothered to be treated
