I am writing to express my concerns regarding a purchase I made with your clinic on July 6th, 2023. I purchased 65 units of what I believed to be Botox for $650 and used 30 units on the same day. Recently, in May 2024, when I returned to use the remaining 35 units, I was informed that what I purchased was actually *******. This information was quite surprising to me as I was not made aware of this at the time of my initial purchase. I had no prior knowledge of ******* and did not receive any explanation about the product or how it compares to Botox. Additionally, I was not provided with a receipt or any documentation regarding my purchase and the services rendered.I feel frustrated and misled by this situation. While I understand that ******* may be a reputable product, the lack of transparency and communication has left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful of the clinic.I have been trying to communicate with the clinic since the beginning of this May, but until now, I have not received any useful feedback. The clinic has provided various reasons to avoid addressing my messages on WeChat.I request my money back. I would never collaborate with them anymore.Initial Complaint

On March 25. 2021,I had surgery for a mommy make over. I paid a total of $28,700.00. Dr. ************* did my surgery and First issues whenI woke up from my surgery, I noticed my implants are the wrong size one larger then the other. And got a Breast reduction. My tummy tuck cut line I was told was going to be bikini cut and my bikini would cover the scars. Not true one side higher then the other side. The right side is more higher and my inner thighs were supposed to be tight and lifted. Not so!!!! I got liposuction with loose skin hanging on my inner thighs. I would want my money back for all scars left on my body What I was told was not what I received. I have tried to work with the Dr. ************* and Ailla his assistant. First they say I have to wait 6 months to let ever thing settle, now today the said I have to wait 1 year to let it settle So they would not have to be responsible for any other services they may have to fix do to the lack of reporting it on time. I requested that another Doctor fix the mistakes and Ailla keeps saying I will have to ask. I have no trust with this Dr. ************** and dont want him touching me again. I would let Dr. ***************** CEO. Of wave plastic surgery if he can fix the problems tummy, breast, and inner thighs!!!!or get my money back!!!!
