              Dear Sir of ****************** StudySoup, has been erroneously charging my credit card for services since November 14, 2016. The charges have occurred annually each November at $102 per year or $816.00 in total. I never authorized these charges. I spoke to my daughter, *****, who was a college student during part of this period and she indicates never using Study Soup. The reason I have not previously noticed is that my wife managed my card expenses and she regrettably passed away. My daughter did not believe my wife authorized the service either. As a result of my wife's very unfortunate demise, I noticed the expense this year on November 14, 2023 (i.e., recently).I wrote to Study Soup and their customer support team to resolve this matter on 3 separate occasions: December 26, 2023, December 28, 2023 and January 5, 2023. To date, I have received no response from Study Soup. I would like to resolve this matter amicably. If the service was never used or authorized by any of my family members -- then I would simply like the funds credited to my charge card. Thank you, *****

              They are a scam. I never got the site to work and I am having a very hard time canceling the account. Please don't use them.

              Upon a thorough review on account records and email correspondences, the customer reached out only after the most recent June renewal charge, and the subscription was canceled as requested. Also as a one-time off exception a refund was also processed for the most recent renewal charge.The customer reached out on June 17, 2024 and the subscription was successfully canceled as of June 18, 2024. A full refund for the June renewal charge was processed simultaneously.
