      I recently joined the platform and was offered 3 free minutes but did not recieve them. The call to the advisor kept dropping which wasted my minutes. I tried the chat feature and was locked out in the middle of a reading. I was charged $60 and did not get a service. I have no way of calling everclear to reserve the issue.

      ********************************* account that she created with the email address ******************* did not receive our Free 3 Minutes Introductory offer because her account did not qualify.  This introductory offer is available to first-time clients only and ********************************* has opened numerous Everclear accounts prior to this one. 

      ********************************* account was closed due to the fraudulent activity on previous accounts. This fraudulent activity including the use of a counterfeit card. Due to this past activity we will be unable to reopen the account and we respectfully ask ********************************* to no longer attempt to use Everclear.

      I have been a customer with ********************, which is a psychic app with android. I started using this app to receive advice and/or insight on my life and decisions to make for my future. The services are basically that of going to counseling, being mentored and various other ways to speak with a trusted confidant. I reached out due to the epidemic and having the need for someone elses advice and/or opinions on how to go about my day to day, future and my past transgressions. I found an advisor with Everclear App and we connected instantly. She has helped me through times of need and guided me to become a better person and decision maker. We had weekly chats and texts for about 2 years, we developed a trusted relationship. Well, this brings me to my point. Abruptly this advisor named on the app as "Cambree" previously known as "Autumn/Meg ***" was completely removed from their app. I quickly emailed support in regards to their advisor being unresponsive and that her profile was removed. I tried another advisor and had to request a refund due to not being able to understand the person but the advice she gave me was appalling. The new advisor "****** S" offered me "black magic" which is something I'm not ok with and quite disturbing. They gave me the refund to account but I could not use original advisor "Cambree" with said refund. Seeing that I have tried various advisors on their app and could not connect with any other than "Cambree" I asked if funds could be refunded to my card on file. They did so and without my permission they deleted my account and blocked me from using Everclear App all together. I thought that was a bit unprofessional and their customer support emails will back that up. The support staff Regional and ***** were the two individuals that emailed me with no last name, no title and showed no "support" during this matter. They were rude, disrespectful and at times aggressive towards me. Come to find out they fired the advisor "Cambree"

      This user's account was closed due to violations of our Terms of Service.  Unfortunately, the advisor's account who they were speaking with, Cambree, is also closed and due to our Privacy Policy, we are not able to provide details as to why another user's account may be closed. We regret we are unable to further assist this user.

      This transaction occurred on today 11/5/21 with an advisor who was guessing and couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions. Charged me *****. I contacted the company for a refund, they do not have a phone line and so I emailed them 4 times already. Customer service is open right now and they just dont respond back to you for 48 or more hours. They try to make you spend more money rather than refunding your money back. I have this problem with the company numerous times. They are not refunding money back to a credit card, it is to your online account and they can do that instantly rather than not answer someone back today and then wait 72 hours. I wanted my money back in my account today.

      On Nov. 5, 2021 The reporter contacted us for a refund for her call with an EverClear Advisor ****. This request was sent to our support center at 11:02am PST. At 1:02pm PST we responded to her request informing her that we had credited the total cost of the call, $16.60, back to her Everclear account as requested. Our **************** team answers request in the order they are received. While we strive to respond to messages as quickly as possible, it can take longer depending on volume.
