      This is an online golf game. I have had countless problems with the game. When these problems occur, I lose my coins (which I have paid for). I have contacted their support over and over and these problems still occur and have never been fixed.

      Every month I pay $17.99 for a premier membership. This awards you daily prizes and passes so that you do not have to purchase them every day and saves you money if you choose to pay the $17.99 each month. I pay each month but every month WGT turns off my membership and I have to fight to turn it back on even though my payments are automatic each month. I have emailed them every single day this month and have received zero correspondence in return and I have those messages screenshotted. In the messages, I ask to please turn on what I paid for and please reimburse what I have had to pay additionally from not having it turned on. I would really appreciate if they would fix this issue and fix my account from what I have lost. The picture I attached shows that I have purchased the premium membership and it will not let me buy it again and zero benefits are in my account after having paid for it over a week ago.

      On March 30th I purchased a premium subscription on their website game for $169.00a year, which they took the money immediately I paid a total of ******. I emailed them be cause after a couple of days the site showed me as a premium subscriber but I was receiving no premium benefits. They asked me to send the iTunes apple proof which I did and no resolution or further communication there after or even a refund. Just a computer acknowledgment of my complaint.

      I had purchased a$19.99 item that would give **** credits to spend on items in the golf shop. It was debited from my card but I never received the credits. I've been in contact with them and have complyed with there request of emailing the receipt with the *** number, time, and date. please help.. there email is ********************************

      I have had this problem since late December of last year. It has to be a bug in the *** game itself. Its a couple of bracket tournaments that never got filled out and admin took those brackets completely off, made them disappear and compensated people including me. But the actual tournaments never left my list of tournaments that I signed up for. I've asked them over and over to fix it but they told me at first that they went into my account and didn't see what I was talking about. Now when I bring it up they just ignore me or give me the run around. I don't know what else to do. I just want the tournaments off my account/game. I think I'm owed some sort of compensation on top of them reimbursing credits. This is an issue that will be a year old next month. I can send screenshots. I've got emails. I've got ******** messages. I can't fit everything here but o can send what I have to you, if needed.

      WGT disabled my account because they claimed I had accessed other accounts. The only other account in my household was my wifes . I did not access it and they still disabled both accounts after much money was spent. Ive provided them all the information and they refused to even respond. I have also shown the detailed proof of others doing what I was accused of and blatantly violating their terms and they do nothing to these individuals. I was made aware that one person in the game who had a vendetta with people in my club works for Top Golf (WGT) and this is why myself and others were disabled and they are allowed to continue to violate rules at will. WGT has some serious issues in how they operate their business and their customers are not treated fairly at all.
