What a relief we found Brothers Buy Homes! We were in a difficult situation with the sudden death of my sister, as we faced dealing with her estate and the enormity of time and financial risks involved in clearing/ repairing/redoing/selling her condo, especially since we lived several hours away. ******* arrived, was very knowledgeable and professional, offered us more than we had asked, and assured us that his company would buy the condo as is, no inspection or repairs required, no commission, and his company would handle cleaning out the condo as wellall with a 30-day close of escrow. ****** was our local contact who was extremely responsive and understanding of our situation. We thank the team for such a smooth and successful outcome and highly recommend them!

I received unsolicited phone calls indicating a desire to purchase a property. The caller had not been by the property and was attempting to get more information or encouragement in order to prepare an offer. The caller identified themselves as "Brothers Buy Homes" and directed me to *********************** who was the "acquisition manager" for "Brothers Buy Homes" I requested a copy of the entity's internal do not call policy pursuant from ******* who said he did not have it and referred me to the marketing department. I called the marketing department and requested to be placed on the internal do not call list and to get a copy of the internal do not call policy "GHANDI" said I should go to online to brothersbuyhomes.com/remove and took no action to place my number on the internal list.I began to draft a complaint for Do not call violations when I could not "Brothers Buy Homes" registered as a DBA or with the CA secratary of state. Even thought ************************* purports to be the owner/CEO of "Brothers Buy Homes" see brothersbuyhomes.com/about-us/Its a violation to place a call without giving the real name of the company. See 47 CFR 64.1200(d)

I have been trying to find someone who can help me sell my parents old home. The house was slightly outdated, which concerned a lot of buyers but Brothers Buy Homes made the process hassle-free.
