A great way to sell your house especially if it needs repairs. Got more than I thought I would.

This company did exactly what they offer to do. Fast closing and smooth transaction.

***** did a great job at making this transaction happen in record time. Everybody at Sundae did a good job but do not let anybody tell you that there is no commission involved. The buyer pays about 6 percent. It does not show ** in escrow.

Honestly, I wasn't sure at first what this was about, was this really true what the reviews are saying, fast, in your best interest, no money down? Well, everyone was right! It was by far the best experience I had! We had to offload a home and fast. It would have required some TLC and money to put into the home and we couldn't afford it. The moment I did my first introduction with the Sundae rep to the last, was great! Everything went quickly and we got a really good offer on the house. *** out of ************ was beyond wonderful to work with and then when it went to Escrow the experience to closing was great too. I was lucky to have a great team handling this home deal for us. I highly recommend if you need to go this route, please do, you won't be disappointed. Great job team!

We were extremely pleased with Sundae, and all the people we worked with. This type of sale isn't for everyone, but if you are going this route, I highly recommend you use Sundae over others like Open Door or RedfinNow. We started by getting bids from all 3, and Redfin Now stopped doing cash as-is offers, so we were left with OpenDoor and Sundae, and although OpenDoor's bid looked significantly higher on the surface, they were vague and dishonest dishonest about the fees. (For expample, their initial offer was about $40K below market comps because it is an older home that has an outdated kitchen. But then they added an ADDIIOTNAL $40K in deductions on the final offer for "the condition of the home" even though they had already discounted the offer on the front end based on the current condition of the home compared to similar ones on the market.) Sundae was fully transparent, the fee structure is very simple, and you know exactly what you're being offered, and what is included. The Sundae offer included being able to leave the house as is, without having to do any repairs, cleaning or even removing old furniture, etc - all of that is paid by the buyer. The Sundae folks were very friendly, helpful, and made everything SUPER EASY! If this is the route you are going, I would recommend SUNDAE (and if you are in Riverside County, ********************************* was aour agent and he is the BOMB!)
