            I began the process of attempting to withdraw my funds on 5/16/2024. Today is 6/12/24, and weve made little to no progress. The company has repeatedly made my former employer look like the bad guy - but my former employer can provide information that they did approve my withdrawal and that it was meant to begin processing on 6/3/24.I have $5,800 in a retirement account with this company. I am doing a separation of service withdrawal. The customer service has been zero help.

            I am the trustee of a 401k plan for a company I sold 3.5 years ago. I have been trying to close the plan and distribute all funds to plan participants for at least 2 years and Ubiquity has been unresponsive with unexplainable delays while they continue to takes quarterly fees from the old company credit card accounts. The most recent withdrawal was unauthorized and I put a stop dispute with the cc company. Lots of complaints and even ****** has told me about their lack of service and responsiveness. I guess law suit is next and report to CA ********** of ******
