This institution has been sending unsolicited and unwanted mail to our residence. Despite of numerous requests to this organization to stop and countless promises to do so, the correspondence is still being sent. I'd like to ask BBB to step in and help resolve this issue. Thanks.Initial Complaint

For years, I have been trying to get On Lok to end their print mailings to me. I have emailed them, written to them, and filed complaints. Nothing works. Today, I received yet another large envelope from On Lok advertising their services. I have never contacted On Lok, nor do I want them to contact me again. Last time I went through this, they would not respond to the BBB, and then said in a vague message that they "reached out" to me. Again, I want assurance that On Lok will never contact me at all in any way.Initial Complaint

I am complaining about ON LOK on *************** in *****************. I have tried for years to get ON LOK to end their print mailings to me and to remove my name and address from any and all of their mailing lists. I've sent them countless emails, and even written to them advising them to please stop the mailings. Nonetheless, ON LOK continues to mail me oversized envelopes about their services. There seems to be no way to halt these unwanted (and frequent) mailings. I've never made contact with this business except to ask that they reliably end their mailings. We received another notification in the mail and would like to let you know that we have sent in the response as of the week of November 19th. In addition, we have also reached out separately to the individual who files the compliant to address her concerns and responded directly to her as well.

I am rejecting this response because:It is vague.
I asked for assurance that the mailings would end. Other than that, I do not want further contact with On Lok (and have never contacted them in the first place).
