I am very satisfied with this service. I appreciate dealing with a live human customer service representative. No wait on hold, no endless menus, no texting and courteous customer service. These are very rare features nowdays. I am so glad that someone thought of a way to market this customer experince. I dont mind paying for it. I wish other companies provided these options that most of us took for granted in years past.Review from Peggy M

I requested an initial ride at 7:11 this morning; much to my delight, a driver arrived at 7:36! Superb availability and response when I requested it returned ride at 11:40; the driver arrived at 11:50, Again much to my delight and surprise. Both drivers were friendly and navigated the heavy traffic here in ******* extremely well and smoothly; definitely expertly. I am going to subscribe to the value plan that GoGoGrandparents offers.The plan will fit the frequency I go to a grocery store, from this independent living community, and will enable me to be a little bit more independent with respect to transportation and managing my funds. At this, Initial trial, go GoGoGrandparents seems to be a well-run and efficient business. I have high expectations it will remain so over the months ahead.GoGoGrandparent Response
