I booked a short term furnished apartment through WanderJaunt in December 2021 for a January 2022 through March 2022 stay. The listing details included a workspace which was crucial as I would be working remote. Upon check in, there was no workspace as advertised. I then contacted WanderJaunt regarding the issue. As a resolution, they offered 10% off the daily rate for the remainder of the stay. This was communicated to me and agreed upon as the solution on January 2, 2022 (screenshots attached). On January 19th 2022, I reached back out to WanderJaunt regarding the 10% of rate as it was not shown on our ****. WanderJaunt then reneged on the prior agreed upon compensation and said they would no longer be honoring what was agreed upon on January 2nd 2022. This total amount is roughly $900 and was promised, agreed upon and frankly owed to me. On January 19th they offered $200 as their new "final offer" which is ~$700 under the original compensation. I am writing you due to their unfair business practices, mishandling of situations and misleading agreements with the customers.
