I contacted them by phone call and submitted an online finance application and provided the necessary documents, including bank statements, business tax returns, and personal tax returns.Despite numerous follow-up calls, the company assured me that someone would contact me soon but never did. To add to my frustration, they sent me promotional material by mail every week. It appears to be a fraudulent company, and I am highly dissatisfied, expressing my reluctance to give them even a single star.

I have applied for a small business loan 3 times and each time they have DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME. They keep sending me emails to apply this company is terrible.

Today is March 30th, 2023!!On Sept. 7th, 2022 , they sent me the following message. "Our apologies for the confusion. You will be refunded for the amount already paid towards your PPP forgiveness loan (February 2022 through June 2022).We have confirmed with our payments team that the refund total amount will $2,509.15, and you will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.On 10/20/2022 we received the following message,'Thank you for your email regarding your PPP loan. Due to an internal processing error, your PPP forgiveness loan {fa02bd9d-d734-4e3e-92ee-046f2cb95679} which was funded on {7/13/2020} was miscatagorized and sent to our PPP billing department. We can confirm that your loan is fully forgiven. If you have received any billing notices, please disregard them. No further action is required on your end.We apologize for any confusion this may have caused you, and thank you for being a Funding Circle borrower.And on January 9th, 2023, we received the following response to our aangry inquiry,'We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding to your email. We understand your situation and the frustration in not yet receiving your refund.We have been working with the payments team to get this problem figured out for you, after investigation we have resolved the issue. We have begun the process for the refund due to you, which we can confirm you will receive within the next 2-3 weeks.We again apologize for the trouble you have experienced in receiving your refund. Please contact us if you have any further questions or inquiries. We thank you for being a Funding Circle borrower.Funding Circle seems to be an unprofessional company and should not be allowed to do business in *******.

Terrible experience. First of all I met all the minimum requirements. Theres nothing bad on my credit report. Everything on there is paid on time. My credit score is also good. No one even reached out to me to speak to me. I only received an email where they said they were unable to help me. Very unprofessional. I have my own business and it has been running for seven years. What a slap in the face.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!! they will steal all of your personal information and sell it off, and you can't get a hold of anyone, very FRUSTRATING. Save your time and peace of mind. Wrong business practices and should be shut down.

Terrible. I sent an email several times since last October to access the *** Forgiveness Application. I kept receiving automatic email describing " You will receive a new email within the next week with an application link and the personal access code to access the application" and then I never got the actual invitation letter. I also tried to call them. They never got my phone. There is no way to communicate with them. Very disappointed and tired on this.
