      I had a membership with reboot spa and I am trying to get a refund for services that I did not use. It took awhile to get back to them because of COVID. Also I had moved out of state. They did not have anything posted or anything on my receipts stating I couldnt ask for refunds And had no time limit on when to get a refund. I had emailed them and they are giving arbitrary times of when I shouldve asked for a reufund. There is no terms or conditions and or anything in writing. I would like to get a refund of this as I no longer live in the area.

      Hi,

      This client last made a purchase for a renewing membership in November 2019, four months before we closed due to the pandemic. At this time, our refund policy was 90 days, so had the client reached out in February, or March. We would have easily given a refund. Due to the pandemic, we were lenient with refunds and even processed refunds for 2019 purchases through 2021. We reopened in September 2020, and on February 22nd, 2021 *********************** (complainant) emailed asking to pause any charges as he planned to come in and use the credits on his account. He hadn't been charged for any purchases since 2019, and in the email from 2.22.2021, he was acknowledging the purchases he made that remained on his account. 

      Last week he emailed asking for a refund of his 2019 purchase, and I let him know of our policy and that his purchases will remain on his account for him to use at any time, or he can gift them to someone else. Due to our communication in 2021, ******* knew that he had services on his account.
