Horrible horrible I wish I had done my research. Sent me the wrong item weeks after I ordered even though the website said 5-7 days priority mail. Emailed multiple times, called and left a message, but the automated response says to email. Final received one email response, and Was asked to send pictures of what I received. Then nothing, its been 3 more days. Will be filing a claim with PayPal and I hope they limit their usage or remove them so others arent scammed into spending money with this company.Review from Ano L

Same as others: placed order and week later still not shipped, even though they commit to shipping within **************************************************** emails. Not sure if they are canceling my order, or if that'll be a struggle as well. Not worth the trouble to save $20...Review from Steven C

Sportique sits on orders, slow to ship and doesn't reply to inquiries. Additionally, they overcharged on sales tax. There are better sellers. Check other retailers for the same item you are interested in buying.

The order was received on a Sunday and was delivered to the customer within 5 days. We utilize a shopify tool for sales tax. If it is somehow incorrect please let us know and we'd be happy to advise Shopify and credit any difference. Thanks and happy holidays!

Order a MTM watch which was confirmed to be delivered in couple day's. It's been over a week with several phone calls and emails with no response or help. This company is a scam.Review from Seif H

I ordered a cellphone from Sportique. Got an automated confirmation stating that I would get an email with shipping information. The estimated arrival date came with no email. So, I looked online for reviews and saw that this isn’t the first time they have done this. I attempted to contact their “customer service” to no avail. Thankfully, I made the purchase through PayPal. So, I filed a case with their resolution center and PayPal refunded me the money after Sportique never responded to them. Why this company is still online and in business is beyond me. But, lesson learned. I’ll only do business with reputable organizations that have been well reviewed. As for Sportique, stay far away—hopefully they will eventually go under so that they can’t keep doing this to people.Review from Jason A

Bought a $2,200.00 watch, website said it would arrive in 2 days from payment/order, it has now been 10 days since order and have still not received a tracking number/ any update as to when i will receive anything, other than it will be arriving Shortly or it will be shipped out soon I believe this company is a fraudulent business. Cannot get through to anyone in customer service other than *****, who seems so be outsourced and is also the only one who possibly even works for this fake company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering from this company. They will never actually answer the customer support phone number. Still waiting for them to ship my item. No response to email. I'd avoid them at all cost.Review from Scott R

We've rebranded this company's Shopify website and fulfilled everything in the contract. ***************************** the owner has not paid the final half. He has ignored all my emails. He's a dishonest person so beware when doing business with this person. He will try to manipulate everything. Do not do business with this guy or any of his companies.. if I can leave zero stars I would
