    I attempted to buy StreamLabs ******************* they made me put in my email which the Gmail was missing the * in Gmail so it was Gmai.com and It still took my money regardless of it not being a Existing account i attempted to contact support and they dont have any only community support and self service i put in a ticket to ask for help once again and it emails me a few minutes later saying my Case was "Auto Solved" and that i helped myself already i asked for the Subscription to be transferred to the right account or a Refund and it said i helped myself which doesnt make sense I put in more requests and every request was the same they hope people that need help will just forget about it and they can keep collecting money this is wrong and i want my money back

    I paid for a monthly subscription to Prime, should have been $12.49 a month. Come to find out I was charged for the annual price of $149 which was not the agreed upon terms at checkout. I have filled out numerous support tickets and have been ignored. This is quoted from their page, "Can I get a refund? We offer a 14-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If you cancel within the first 72 hours your payment will be automatically refunded to the payment method charged." No where on there does it say you have to cancel prime within an hour of purchasing it when you are at checkout. Also, if you sign up for monthly payments it should be monthly!! All I asked them to do was take the monthly payment out and credit back the rest of the money to my account. Instead I am completely ignored over and over. Horrible business and they should consider helping people that fill out support tickets instead of just ignoring them and leaving them frustrated and unsatisfied. I would give this no stars if that was an option.
