      What a terrible company with terribly customer service. I bought two of the same pairs of blue light glasses and they were two entirely different sizes. They asked me to send a photo with the glasses side by side where you could see a very clear and very obvious difference in size. They told me they couldn't see anything wrong and told me to take it to a local eyeware place to fix. Why would anyone want to buy glasses from a company that tells you to pay more money so you can wear the eyeware that should have come fitting correctly to begin with. I agree with another review that says, "this company should be held to task for their quality control issues AND unethical business practices." It is very clear they take no care in their products or customers. Disappointing.

      This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered my glasses on 12/26, with an estimated delivery date of 1/1, guaranteed delivery within 5-7 days. As of 1/8, my two pairs of sunglasses still have not arrived to the address, which I now no longer am at. I have asked in multiple emails to be refunded or to have replacements sent to my new address, and each time they blame their shipper and I get a generic response. This Company does not care about its customers, and makes misrepresentations regarding delivery times on its sites.

      The worst communication for customer service I have experienced, Nd Im not sure the person I dealt with had. Good command of dnglish. In the end after a month of waiting for prescription glasses I had to send e-mails more than once. No phone number either.

      Never ever ever ever do business here. They sent me not one but TWO defective pairs of sunglasses that I paid for, and in order to process a return, I am charged with $7 in handling fees??? How on earth is that an acceptable practice? This company should be held to task for their quality control issues AND unethical business practices. Corporate greed and scamming on full display. Not to mention they have the nerve to call their customer service a customer "care" team because there is absolutely no care involved, it's all canned messages, if you even get a reply at all. I used to be a loyal customer but it's clear the quality has been fully compromised and their business practices are down the drain, too. Never again shopping here, letting word of mouth and karma do it's thing (hope you enjoy that $7 you pillaged!!), and I fully hope they get shut down. It's 2023, do better. No one is sticking around for companies that are this flagrantly violating their customers like Quay is.

      Worse customer service ever. My wife has been wearing this brand for years and she never had any issues in the past. Two weeks ago she ordered two pairs of glasses. When she received them, one of the glasses was not manufactured assembled correctly. The arm was not straight so they did not fit right. We contact the vendor after back and forth emails they told us they were not covered under warranty. We can take them to the store and have them fix them. There is no fixing glasses have a defect that cant be fixed. Needless to say my wife has new glasses that she cant wear. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!! Save your money and purchase a trusted sunglasses company.

      Was sent the wrong pair and after numerous emails they dont seem to reply or acknowledge. They were prescription glasses and they send me a pair that is nothing like the one I ordered ! Never doing business with them any more

      **************** is non existant! I purchased in store. I wanted a pair of prescription sunglasses as well as a regular pair, the associate helped me no problems. Then 21 days passed and I received no shipping information. I emailed as there's no phone number on the website to call, I get a response that they can't see anything as the order is in process and I should get a shipping confirmation soon. Next thing I know they are emailing me saying the glasses I want are no longer in stock. I have to pick a new pair or get a refund. I respond right away with the pair I want. NO RESPONSE for a week. Then they email again saying the same exact thing! Still no resolution still no idea if the order has been processed. I don't think I'm asking for much. Going on a month and a half now. I will take my business else where as these people have no clue what they are doing.

      Well, wish I would have looked at this BBB review page before I ordered the Quay sunglasses. I received my order, tried them on, didn't like them, and returned in the original package with all of the packaging material. This morning I got an email "gift card" for the price of the sunglasses minus $7.00 for the return shipping. I sent an email stating that I don't want a gift card as I don't like their sunglasses, mainly because I don't like the name QUAY in big white letter on the front of the lens. I got an email from ***** saying "they" had be notified that the glasses were returned damaged!!! I know this is BS, but, of course can't prove that. I sent an email back that I find this hard to believe and I will be contacting my credit card company!!! We'll see what happens next!!!!

      I emailed them from second i made a mistake. I was trying to purchase sunglasses when their website glitched and checked me out. I didnt put any of my information in. They told me they cannot cancel that order. No reason why , that i have to wait to enjoying my sunglasses before i can do a return? is the response i got
