      I placed an order for a replacement charging case for the Ray-Ban meta. For 6 months they never have the cases in stock. Finally on Sept 5, 2024 their portal showed the case in stock. I promptly paid for my order and have been waiting weeks. I contacted support today and was disconnected 3x and told to wait a few more days, then my order got rejected/canceled. I cant use the product without the charging case so I essentially have a paperweight. I either would like the charging case sent expeditiously OR A WHOLE new meta Ray ban sunglasses set with case to make me whole again. They have been terrible about responding and only today did this escalate to a rejected order.

      On April 25, 2024 I order sun glasses and the wrong color is being shipped and has not yet processed. Yet, Rayban refuses to cancel the order or change to the proper color.I was given the run around in the chat session. The Ray Ban representative texted that they could not see my responses and ended the chat when I sent a screen shot proving my responses were in plain view.

      I order some prescription glass thru Ray-ban website 11/26/23.       Re: ORDER ******** I purchased a pair of eyeglasses, but they were never received. The delivery provider indicates that it was delivered, and I filed a complaint with Ray-Ban internally on 12/4/23. I was told to wait for three weeks at most for a solution. So, on 12/25/23 (Christmas Day), I received a generic auto-generated email to file a complaint with the delivery company opposed to Ray Ban handling the matter.Ray-Ban has already contacted the shipper and there is nothing I can personally do to make to the shipper refund me. I request that Ray Ban refund me my money spent on eyeglasses that were not received and were not even sent with the requirement to sign for upon delivery.
