-5 is the rating for this company! I've been ripped off every way possible with the a timeshare as a whole never again will I believe anybody or any word that comes from a time share company or timeshare cancellation process!Review from David W.

Actually 1 star is 6 too much, they wanted to hold me to my contract but they have not even tried to live up to any of the promises they made. I paid them $3990 for their services and to this date, nothing. I would occasionally call to see where they were with my case would tell me enough to keep me from making a formal complaint, finally after reaching the 18 months that they threw up in my face about what the contract allowed them, I asked for my refund then they gave me an explanation about how ***** had disrupted their business, I told them to refer to their contact and give me my money, they said ok, then said it would go to the Committee or something like that but assured me that I didn't need to worry, I didn't hear from them and later saw an email for us not to call or refer them to the BBB or something like that because they were going to make it right, I waited but no communication came so I called again, now they're offering to get me out of my contract, just be a little more patient, I told them I had already hired another company and I just wanted my money, now the phone # don't work... *******************************, *******, *********************, *********************, *********************** I'm so disappointed in All of You, and ******************************* I didn't appreciate you using the ** word in the background of your conversation, but I hope you do the right or may KARMA have mercy on your soul for being a part of this Ripoff, even if it wasn't exactly your fault you could have called or emailed anonymously and gave us a heads up so you could sleep at night ??Review from Sherry Y

I filled out paperwork with omni ellis LLC to elimante my timeshare. I received an email in Aug 2021 stating " The lack of staff and money, coupled with covid, crippled us". If I could give a 0- star rating I would. Just like the hundreds of other consumers who have left comments, I paid thousands of dollars to Omni Ellis to get me out of my timeshare contract but have received nothing short of stress, anger, and frustration. No one returns calls, letters, or emails. I was transferred from one case manager to another, and then another but none of them did anything to help me. When I finally got a call from some anonymous 800#, I asked how I could request a refund from Omni Ellis and the lady hung up on me. I spoke with my attorney and he cringed, stating there wasnt anything he could do. He did however send a certified letter anyway, but it was returned undeliverable. I wish there was something someone out there could do to help protect consumers from this type of blatant fraud. I recommend that anyone wanting to get out of a timeshare contract to talk to your timeshare company directly and work something out with them because this type of fraudulent activity isnt worth all the money youll lose and the potential foreclosure youll most likely still have to deal with as a result. I paid Omni Ellis over $3,000. to get me out of my timeshare in 2020. I have done the paperwork twice. I have since paid it off. I have spoken several people and the last one will not accept phone calls. Have they gone out of business? I just would like a refund. Any information would be nice. I do realize that Covid hit but if they were shut down where is all of the money.**************Review from Estela M.

I became a customer with ********************** in 2018 they told me everything was going well the the process it would *********** to 18 months to exit my time share some one by the name of ********* called last October she explained to me that they had lost alot of employees due to covid and that they were looking for lawyers to work with them on our cases I keep emailing with response all I ask for is my money backReview from Julia W

They took my money and still can't reach them since July 2021, I have made multiple calls. and sent certified letters all to have them returned as unable to deliver, I call BBB to find out they have no current addressReview from Brian M

My husband and I sing up with ONMI/ELLIS, back on November 16, 2019. We when to the presentation in the ********, **********. They intelligently involved us in different ways to get rid of our timeshare and maintenance fee. Assuring and promising that they will take of this problem and we will be free from this timeshare. After that they make us send letters to our timeshare twice. Eventually, we receive a communication letter from our timeshare where it was telling us practically that they refused those letters. Later on, Covid-19 was an inconvenience or say an opportunity for OMNI/ELLIS to disappear. Many phone calls, messages, and no response, I did my investigation at the time and it was a good review for BBB. That is one thing I don't understand. Also, I read good reviews from others, but this didn't happen to us. I find the business card of the person who did the presentation back in November 2019, I call and he was very rude, telling me that he has not been working with OMNI/ELLIS for over a year, and he has nothing to do with my problem, he said take it with them, providing me with a Phone number that didn't work. To this day I have not heard from them. I check their website and find out all these complaints 785 of them, I can't believe it. How many people have been part of this scam? It is not a law that can protect us the consumers? how this is allowed without being persecuted and punished? we can complain for all eternity but what is the purpose of this is this is not brought to the surface and make these people payback, as they promise in our contract "If they can't provide their service our money was supposed to be returned in full". Sharing my frustration with every single person who was part of this fiasco, If anyone has any idea or advice to do something please let me know.
