I purchased a new set of tires on 1/30/23 from Rolling Stock tires. On 4/11/23 I brought my vehicle back to Rolling Stone for a tire repair for the rear driver side. Today 4/13/23 both tires on the passenger side were on flat. There was no indication of any damage to the tires on the passenger side. I don't believe the tires were the right size for my vehicle and were a much lower quality than what I was charged for. I spent approximately $1529 for the set of tires. When I returned to Rolling Stock to complain about the issue I was told there was nothing that can be done. I left all 4 tires at the business. As a result I had to purchase tires directly from the Tesla dealership.

I have been going to rolling stock for more than 15 years. When it was under the old name industrial tires. The people were always friendly and I never had a problem with them. I live near by and they would often give me free air until I could come in to get a tire Change. The problems began in September 2020. I got a flat tire and they changed it on my 2017 ***** Cruze. Two days later I got a message on my dash that I had never seen before. ************ required with the tire pressure signal. I took my car into them the next day and they had no idea what the message meant or why it was happening. They asked me to drive it another day and bring it back and if it stays on bring it back in. It stayed on and I brought it back in. In the meantime I had my oil changed at my dealership and asked for their opinion. They said whoever changed your tire broke the sensor. I went back to rolling stock. They told me they didnt break the sensor but they would give me a courtesy discount to fix it. They charged me $72 to fix it. In June 2021 the exact same thing happened. They are telling me sensors need to be replaced 3-4 years. I keep telling them it only happens AFTER this company fixes my tire. And the sensor is always The SAME tire. Someone there is breaking my sensor while changing my tire. There is no other explanation. however they refuse to take responsibility for it. I will never go there again!.
