      I purchased a new set of tires on 1/30/23 from Rolling Stock tires. On 4/11/23 I brought my vehicle back to Rolling Stone for a tire repair for the rear driver side. Today 4/13/23 both tires on the passenger side were on flat. There was no indication of any damage to the tires on the passenger side. I don't believe the tires were the right size for my vehicle and were a much lower quality than what I was charged for. I spent approximately $1529 for the set of tires. When I returned to Rolling Stock to complain about the issue I was told there was nothing that can be done. I left all 4 tires at the business. As a result I had to purchase tires directly from the Tesla dealership.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are so sorry you have had problems with your tires.


      According to the notes on your invoice #*******, dated January 30, 2023, your Tesla was towed in to our shop because of tire damage to two tires due to a pot hole.


      The Service Advisor assisting you checked for the Tesla Original tires which are the Pirelli ****** (PIR P-ZERO (PZ4S) (T0) NCS ELT), and he found the Pirelli OE tires were on national backorder at the time.


      In order to get you back on the road in a timely manner, the Service Advisor located a set of Hankook iON (HAN ION EVO AS IH01 BW) which are tires exclusively designed for EVs.


      The Hankook tires we installed are size 235/35R20XL with speed and load rating of 92Ywhich is exactly the same size,  load and speed rating as the Original Equipment Pirelli tires which came on your 2022 Tesla 3.


      Your complaint states There was no indication of any damage to the tires. It is very common for damage to be inside a tire or wheel, and not readily visible. We must take tires off the wheel to inspect for damage.


      Being that the Hankooks are only a couple months old, we can send back the two of them to be replaced through warranty.


      Your complaint noted that you left the tires at our shop. We have not located the tires. Did you speak with anyone when you left them? Where were they left?


      Again, we are sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced and we look forward to resolving this matter.
