Patrick, was very attentive In making sure we had a driver. He constantly checked in and called and remained in constant contact to ensure the driver picked up, how far they were from delivery and called us after the driver delivered.Review from Tedd J

AWFUL!!!!! I wish I would have come here first before I left $150 deposit. Please do not get scammed by this company. Believe the reviews. To cancel they will charge you $200 so you would end up paying $350.00 for nothing. I locked my CC really quick so they couldn't charge the $200.00 and got a new CC. One star is too much, but I had to fill it in.Review from Tracy T

I was given a quote to ship my car which I accepted so I gave my deposit and the car was supposed to be picked up the next day. The next day I was told he will be there in one hour, but it is $300 more than my quote, when I called for an explanation, I was told that the original Drivers truck broke down so they had to get someone else. When I told him that I would be happy to wait until the original drivers truck was fixed he tried to tell me the original quote was an estimate. I had my son who is an attorney. Look at the contract and confirmed that was not true. I Ibelieve their intention was always to give a lower quote and then jack up the price. When I told them that I didnt want to do business with them, they said that if I cancel, I must pay $200 for cancellation fee. So I said Ill waiit, They said it could take up to two weeks. In the end, they ended up shipping it for the original play price plus an extra $55. The driver was great and I had no issue. Its just this company you should be aware of.Review from Max G

I shipped my daughters car from ******* to ******* and my experience with ****** the representative was truly commendable. His exceptional communication skills and willingness to guide me through every stage of the process were instrumental in alleviating any concerns I had. I felt completely at ease knowing that ****** was attentively overseeing the shipment. The delivery went smoothly , no damage AT ALL and he also followed up after delivery. 10 out of 10 !Review from Luke J

Scammers. **** and switched on the price after having "consented" to a second price that I did not consent to (put me on the phone with an guy who barely speaks english) and then threatened with a cancellation fee. These guys ain't it, believe me. Find another company. A word to Smart Carship--I bet you guys are smart enough to run an honest business and still feed yourselves and your families..up to you to find out, though, eh? #theamericandream FYI, this is a review of Smart Carship and NOT of the independent driver, who did a great job.
