      Cannot get a human to speak with ever. Uber continues to use text messaging while we are driving which is illegal, and most of all dangerous. Never get any resolve or help as an Uber driver. They are drastically cutting our pay and when we refuse forced $3 rides we get penalized. UNFAIR AND DANGEROUS!!

      Scam, the worst customer service on the planet. I placed an order for pizza and wings. The drop off photo clearly just shows a pizza. I didn’t get the wings. When I reached out and asked them to refer to the photo they dismissed me and said it wasn’t grounds for a refund on the wings. Don’t do it. Horrible company.

      Ubereats I ordered a surprise to be delivered in advance for a friend and the order was accepted by the merchant. When the Uber driver arrived they said they didn’t have the item in stock and I needed to cancel it. So I did. I contacted Uber and they would not refund me. In addition the charge on my card was double of my receipt! How is this legal to pay for something you never received and be charged for it and it doesn’t even match the receipt? Shame on you Uber!! Never again. Buyer beware. Unethical business practices

      My order was clearly delivered to the wrong house and I did not receive my order. The picture of the delivery is not my house and they refuse to refund my order

      Their system glitched when I inputted the address I was trying to send cupcakes to and I immediately cancelled the order once the map showed up and I could tell it didn't look right. Despite cancelling the order within 10 seconds of placing it, UberEats support (which seems like AI, not human!) declined to refund me or pass me along to a manager or even to reinstate the order. Spent $90 on cupcakes that weren't even boxed up yet. I've been a member for many years and place orders frequently to be delivered to our business's customers and I am shocked at this level of service.

      I usually order an Uber for my daughter to get to work one day. Theres weird driver that creeped out, decided to overcharge her and false claim reclaimed that she spilled something in her vehicle which she didnt because shes allergic to what she cant have certain things return Uber charge me $150 to clean up a mess that wasnt even her. Ive called Uber about 51st lady said my account will be fixedmy account and did not reach out to me and tell me I need to pay the $150. Im not paying that because my daughter didnt do that. My daughter doesnt eat the stuff you claim that she spilled in this mans car and that **** sitting here scamming people which is unfair people work hard. Its hard time right now and you shouldnt be allowed to scam people so all they did for me was block the driver From my account so we wont get him again but still want on pay $150. it is unfair and ridiculous that they allow drivers to act in such away very unprofessional

      I ordered four pitas and only got two of them. I contacted customer support and they keep saying the order is not eligible for a refund or a price adjustment, and keeps copying and pasting this same exact statement any time I ask them to explain or ask why. It does not make sense and is illegal and they are blatantly stealing from customers. Will contact the bank for a chargeback.

      I had been using Uber everyday for years and since June 17th I've spent almost $1200 with them on the 12th they charged me for a ride I never took so I called them and they told me it was up to my bank to get my money back so I called my bank and they told me they've dealt with this problem from them before and they were waiting for them so I messaged them and have been messaging back and forth my bank account is now in the negative due to this and they tried to give me a credit for $30 instead of the $43 they owed me. This is a slap in the face for all of the money I've spent with them in the past years. They don't care about loyal customers and I'm now only using Lyft and door dash

      Ordered Uber Eats while on vacation in ******. Never used it before so did the "free trial" of UberOne. Afterward, cancelled my entire Uber account so that I wouldn't be charged the UberOne charge moving forward. Surprise, surprise, I was charged anyway even though I have a confirmation of my account being deleted. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank and get the money refunded. If you cancel an account, the credit card should be deactivated IMMEDIATELY. This is absolutely ridiculous.
