I reached out to the seller via email on 4/5/23 before my next subscription was due to be shipped, asking the seller to cancel my subscription. I did not receive a response.On 4/19/23, the seller sent an automated email stating that my subscription order would be sent out soon.I reached out again to the seller a second time on 4/19/23 referencing my prior email and stating I wanted a cancellation. I received an immediate, automated response from the seller acknowledging receipt of my email, saying they would respond in ***** hours. However, the seller never responded further and did not cancel the subscription. I sent a third email on 4/22/23 and did not receive a response. I sent a fourth email on 4/24/23 and called the seller during their listed business hours that same day. The seller did not respond but charged me for my subscription. I have threatened the seller that I will report the transaction as fraudulent if they do not cancel my subscription but they continue to ignore my emails and phone calls. I would like to cancel the subscription altogether and get a refund for the month of April in the amount of $23.98.Business response

Consumer ************************* submitted inquiries to us, and we were experience delays because of staffing. We were able to cancel her subscription, cancel the order that was in process, and refund her. Attached are screenshots detailing the emails sent, the response we sent with our deepest apologies, and screenshots of the cancelled order and refund. Please let us know if there's anything else we can provide.
