This company is a fraud. I was trying to get a trial subscription for 0.50$ a week, but they automatically upgraded my subscription without my consent and deducted 30$. There is no real person I can talk to in the app or the website. Their bot is absolutely useless, and there is no contact number. This is a completely fraud company. I will dispute my transaction with my credit card as soon as it is posted, but I also want to file formal complaint against them. I found numerous posts online from people with whom this has also happened with this company.

On 7/9/2024 i signed up for a trial for a weight loss program, they collect your data, so far okay, then they offer a free trial, where you can pay .50 cents for a week of trying the product. But then they encourage to "skip" the trial and pay 30 dollars outright, they don't outline any other membership perks other than either continue with the low cost one or pay for skip it. This makes no sense to anyone, so I chose NOT TO skip the trial. They went ahead and charged me for the full amount anyway ($30 total). Emails to customer service only say they don't do refunds. EVen though nothing on the options i signed up expressed i would have to pay more, and even so when i did NOT skip the trial. And I have the receipt for it (interesting they did not sent a receipt for the full charge)

Date of transaction is April 15th, 2024. **** was $29.50. Explanation; I saw an ad for Able meal planning for weight regulation. They asked me to donate money for a free 1-week trial, so I donated 50 cents. After paying with Apple Pay ( because I didnt want to enter my bank card information or address ) they charged me for a full subscription and told me the 50 cents would be deducted, so instead of $30.00, I now only pay $29.50. I couldnt believe it, so I contacted their customer support team to which they responded that I authorized for a subscription and that they dont offer any refunds or cancellation. I felt that was so unprofessional because as a newer business, they should hold high regard for customers and correct their wrongdoings/misleads. Had I known Id be spending $30 for a one week trial, I would not have done it. Also, I am used to businesses allowing me the option to confirm payment or back out to cart. The fact that I didnt receive an option to do that and was immediately charged, was very displeasing.

"ABLE APP *************" IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They charge your credit card 4x per month but do not send any information. I have tried to cancel several times and disputed the charges with Amex to no avail. I even cancelled my credit card and the charges kept coming through on the new one. when I tried to contact the company, someone responds to say they doin't give refunds and lie to say the information was sent, when it never was. Absolutely ridiculous scammers.

My daughter clicked on your app and agreed to a $2 charge for a "free trial". Minutes later, she was charged $303. She is only 14 years old and has mental health issues. She should never have purchased this app in the first place. We immediately contacted the company to cancel this app. They responded and said it was canceled, but the charge is still on our credit card. We fought the charge with the credit card company, but Able is challenging it. It makes no sense. A 14 year old cannot legally sign a contract. AND this charge should never have been applied when a TRIAL period was offered. This company is a total scam and anyone looking to lose weight should go elsewhere. Do NOT use this company!

On January 4 **** Ableapp weight loss company charged my credit card $3 Then Jan 11 **** Able app charged my credit card $35 I have tried numerous times to try to call or look up the phone number for **** app. All I got was some phone number called WhatsApp or leave a message and they dont respond back hiding behind the WhatsApp right there is a red flag for a scam they try to email me back saying they dont do refunds I never use the service I never use the app. I never gave them permission to charge $35 on my credit card, Im on disability and this is not fair or right for this company to get away with this. Something has to be done. Theyre taking money from people that arent authorizing or even using their service thats fraud and theft.

The site offers a 50 free trial, which I agreed to. After that page, another page loads asking about a discounted membership. I chose to opt out of the offer, and then got an alert stating that $910 was debited out of my account. I immediately tried to contact the company. The phone number is a WhatsApp number, and you cannot speak to a human in the chat. When requesting a refund the chat "experiences technical difficulties", and no one responds to your emails.

On October 22, 2023, I found the Able App through a trusted source that advertised a weight loss program. After answering a questionnaire it offered me to start a trial subscription for the amount of my choosing which I chose $0.50 for 7-days. I purchased this trial subscription through Apple Pay and agreed to the terms and conditions ONLY based off the 7-day $0.50 trial that I knew that I was signing up for. Immediately as I was finalizing the trial, a pop-up window came up on my phone asking me if I would be interested in $0 for 6-month subscription. I thought what is there to lose for $0 and when I clicked on it to get more information, my credit card was automatically charged $594.50 to my horror, in addition to the $0.50 7-day trial that I wasnt allowed to enjoy first, which are two charges. I immediately contacted the Able support team to report what happened and **** has refused to acknowledge the pop up window or the discrepancy and have also refused to refund the $594.50. At no time, was it ever stated that I was signing up for $594.50 subscription and I was not allowed to enjoy the 7-day trial that I purchased for $0.50 before the start of an actual subscription period. After numerous attempts to reach a resolution with the ************ Team supervisor ******* and the head of ************ Team ***** they repeatedly respond by forwarding me their terms and conditions saying that I accepted, but that was only for a 7-day trial, they never acknowledge the fact of the discrepancy. It is misleading to state that I accepted the terms and conditions for $594.50 because I never did, the terms I accepted was for the trial. I attempted two months later on December 28, 2023 to reach a reasonable resolution and they have refused to budge from their position. This is a scam, as I never agreed to a subscription for the amount of $594.50 and was not allowed to enjoy the 7-day trial period beforehand. There is no record on my Apple Pay account accepting $594.50 charge.
