I ordered a product advertised at Cult of Mac deals for lifetime storage, for USD ***** and the provider "prism drive.com" ..The deal is still available here:******************************************************************************************************** My order number was #******** I was not aware that this purchase was not at all refundable and to make it worse, I read a lot of complaints about the actual company "Prism Drive" and they didn't offer a way to sync files (like Dropbox/OneDrive and other Storage providers) which was a deal breaker for me on top of all the shady information about the company, more info detailed here:*******************************************************************************************Initial Complaint

we purchased a MacBook Air from cult of Mac as a gift for our 12 year old. The MacBook Air was sold through a third-party vendor, the MacBook is defective, and will not start up or boot, and neither Cult of Mac nor the vendor will resolve the issue.Business response

I called the customer who filed the complaint and was told that the third-party company that took the order has responded and is in the process of replacing the faulty computer. The customer also admitted that they hadnt tried to contact Cult of Mac directly only the third party company, so we were unaware of the issue.
The customer said that they will withdraw the claim against us if/when they receive a replacement computer, which should hopefully be within a few days.
I hope that this letter clarifies our position.
