A subsidiary of Sega has sold me two video games that were not finished upon purchase! The titles are called total war three kingdoms and total war Warhammer 3. For the later I reached out to both the subsidiary and sega for help ( due to game breaking crashes ) and was told they couldnt do anything to assist me. In addition steam ( valve corp ) will not refund me. For Warhammer 3 the product has numerous bugs that make it very difficult to use. They also have recently engaged in price gouging by marking up all downloadable content by 150%. ( take a look at shadows of change on steam ) this has led to other folks review bombing the title on steam. Sega / the creative assemblys capital expenditures have not increased 150% over a year if you look at their 10k so the response they gave their customers makes no sense. Its hard to summarize everything in 2k characters but as a mentioned before look at the steam reviews and you will see all the problems I have experienced voiced by others in a similar situation.
