DO NOT BUY Zolucky. If you need to make a return, first they will offer you a partial refund if you keep the clothing, even though it doesn't fit you. If you insist on a return, they will give you an address to ship it to, which is at your own expense. Even after you have tracked your package and see that it was delivered, they will say they have not received your package. Despite numerous phone calls, chats from their website and emails, they will deny receiving your package and you will never get a refund. Just skip this company, as they are not trustworthy. If I could give negative 10 stars for this company I would.Review from Pat M

BUYER BEWARE!!!!The clothing items are knock offs! You look at their online catalog and you order winter sweaters that LOOK like sweater fabric but no, it's some cheap polyester or something when it arrives. Huge waste of money considering returns to ***** cost way too much. I will never order from Zolucky again!Review from diana t

This website is a fraud. Placed a order never recieved shipping updates or product. Chatted with someone somewhere and they said no guarantee of when it would be shipped. Now waiting to see if I'll even get my money back.Review from Yolanda R

This business is a fraud. It states you can make returns, but the website does not allow you to process returns. Also, their product was not as it appears on their website. Leather shoes are not real leather. Very dissatisfied with their fake material.Review from Dawn C

I love Zolucky! Their clothes are usually pretty close to true size (they have a chart for each individual item telling you how S, M, L, etc. translates to a specific size). Their fabrics are amazing! Their prices are beyond fair. They may not be first quality but their prices are do low it shouldn't matter. I've returned things with no problem. They have a 24/7 chat line to help with any problems.
