I placed an order on 2/19/23. After the initial order confirmation, I never received any other communication. I did not receive a shipping notification or tracking number. I sent two emails requesting tracking. When a tracking number was eventually provided, it did not work. Aero has acknowledged, in writing, that they are aware that their tracking numbers do not work on the **** website or phone number. The only way to track the package is to go to a local **** and have them look it up. At some point after delivery, my item was misplaced. I don't know when it was a rally delivered, as I was never able to track it. I found it on Friday 3/24/23 and emailed Aero immediately to request a refund. I had already replaced the items with another brand as they had not been delivered and I had been arguing with Aero over the issue for weeks. Despite the fact that their website says 24/7 customer service and you will receive a response within 24 hours, I received no response until after sending an additional email on 3/27. The response was that it was too late to return the items because their policy is 30 days from order date. No where on Aero website does it say there is a 30 day limit. According to the tracking provided by Aero, the item was delivered on 2/24. I requested the return 28 days from the supposed day of delivery. The only solution is for Aero to provide me a return shipping label and a full refund upon receiving the items.
