On 04/12/22 I took my Volkswagen CC to Autohaus Bavaria at *** W. *** Street San Jacinto Ca 92583 for repair. I explained to **** ******* that while driving the car I heard a sound as if something broke and the car started driving abnormal also to check for leaks because I spotted some oil in my driveway. That I have just took it to another place for issue of oil leak. "The car was towed to the shop because I was not comfortable driving it." The next day, 4/13/22, **** called me and said that it was the Crankcase pressure regulating valve/oil separator on valve cover that is bad it is probably the reason why I was still seeing the oil in my driveway. I then let him know that those were worked on last month. Per **** if it was worked on it does not look as if it was worked on. Then I gave them the ok to replace it and keep whatever parts they removed in place of it. (Pls note I would have taken back to where it was worked on. Due to lack of response from the shop I did not). On 04/14/22 **** called me and told me my car is now driving good. As for the car driving abnormal as I indicated earlier that, he did not notice anything so far. But if it is okay with me, he would like to keep it till next week to look at it again and also, to make sure the oil is not leaking anymore. Per ****, he will call me on Monday 4/18/22. However, I did not hear from **** on Monday and till today 4/20/22 after calling the workshop severally. I finally hear from **** who then told me that my car needs fuel injector to be replaced and as a matter of fact there is so many things to be replaced. That is when I told him that I don't have money and I am not ready to authorize anymore service on the car. I paid him $526.45 for the work done as agreed. Then I tow my car back from the workshop to my driveway.
