Kris ***** owner of Useless K9 Handler is unprofessional & unethical. Late and a no show many times. Then we we call him out after unable to make appointments because his website is down. We have to make appointments through text messages, then Kris doesn't show up & leaves our dog in his crate all day for many hours, our kids come home from school to a huge poop mess and have to clean our dog and the crate, while my husband and I are at work. I texted Kris at 11:31AM On May 31, 2022 to see how things went with our dog, he says he is running behind and to call a family friend and he will be over later because his morning appointment ran over. He never showed up at all. Text Kris at 8:23PM On May 31, 2022 to see what happened and Kris said we did not have an appointment. Yes we did and have the text messages to prove it. The night before May 30, 2022 at 7:05PM Kris ***** confirms that he will be at our home first thing in the morning. Then after all this no apology, harassing text messages and he cancels everything after we have already paid. We still had several training sessions left. Even calling my husband an animal abuser and me a Karen through text at 11PM! We hired a dog trainer to help us, that's the point Kris. Kris has blocked me though all social media accounts so leaving my review here to warn others. Please look else where, have spoken to other clients of his and he has done the same thing. Kris even texted me by mistake for another client that he is running behind, wrong person Kris. Our dog is not trained, he is exactly how he was the first day we meet Kris. Kris makes everything seem great, we will have a trainer for life but this is far from the truth. Kris Rivas's true colors start coming out and you can see what type of person he really is. Save yourself the headache and choose another trainer. Now seeking legal action and we will be heading to smalls claims court after Kris is keeping our money for the remaining sessions not used. Waste of Time!
