    On July 25 my friends and I went to raging waters. When looking at ticket costs we decided to get the gold season pass as it would be a better deal. We should have realized the quality of the experience we were about to have when given our pass options on a white printer paper written I. ******* by an attendant who rolled their eyes and said nothing. When we proceeded inside the dilapidated condition of the park was immediately obvious. We made our way to find a seat and realized there was no good space as all areas of the park were covered in dry grass covered in prickles which is tough for a place you generally are barefoot. As the day went on we continued to see more areas of the park which were either closed, faded, worn or broken. When we went to get lunch, the food was overpriced and absolutely disgusting. It was somehow simultaneously both burnt and cold. They did not provide straws, napkins, or lids for our drink because apparently as we weee told they just dont ever carry them. However, my biggest concerns came next. I got the pass with the intention of bringing my children using the bring a friend passes. I will not be doing so. The staff throughout this park was not only unpleasant and straight out rude, they did not do their jobs. I continuously saw them letting children in slides that were well under the height requirements, as well as not supervising their area at all. The attendants at the top of the slides seemed to get annoyed when I didnt walk up and go without being told, or took my time and actually waited to make sure the person before me was off before going. Within 3 days after (I cant recall the exact date as I did it through their website) I contacted the park in regards to this matter requesting a refund as I do not intend to return, or at least a partial refund and to pay only for that days admission. It has been over a month now and I have received no contact.
