      On 11/27/2018 I ordered a US Rifle 1917 from MILTECH in *********, **********. I pre-paid the order in the amount of $1980.00 which included the purchase price of $1895.00 plus $85.00 shipping. I have called every year about the order only to be told it was "almost finished". The first time I called , the secretary *********************** said it was completed. After that the owner took my calls and would make excuses. It is now five years later and no rifle or refund.

      In 2018 I shipped a 1941 ******* for refurbishment. I also purchased a sniper M1 Garand. For the last 6 years I have had a myriad of excuses for not completing my paid in full order. This year has been no different with ********** uses and promises. I am asking for a full refund of $6066.19 and the return in my 1941 ******** serial number 7077.

      On 2 Sept 2022 I placed an order with MilTech Arms located in California. I paid with credit card over the phone while speaking with *************** of that company. The web site stated the order would take approx 180 days with a little longer with the purchase of two fire arms. During the course of the conversation ************* stated really it should only take 75 days or less. On or about February **** I called several times and finally I got a call back from I suppose as **************. She stated they were running into trouble with some of the restoration process but it should push deliver until end of March 2023. In the middle of April 2023 I sent a terse email asking for a firm delivery date. ************* called back and stated that he was going to look into the issues and get back. Around the 1st of June with no response I sent email asking if the would admit the whole process was a scam. ************* called back and stated that they were small company and employees had health issues but he would deliver. The next phone call took place where he assured me it would be in of August. Came and went. He assured me it would be end of September. That too has passed. Now a year later and those two fire arms at 4K have not been delivered. I ask that they send them no mater the process that the restoration may be. Appears they dont have them as that has not happened. I told ************* there were several complaints against him and his company on the BBB web site and he stated they were all lies, well ************* this is not one of them

      I ordered a firearm on 10/21/22. I was told the estimated delivery date would be end of February 2023. I checked on end of January 2023 to check the progress. I was told progress was moving along. I was also told that my FFL was contacted. They were not. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls in the subsequent months. Each time contact was made a new excuse was deployed and new estimated delivery date was promised. In mid August ***************************************************** a full refund. I received a phone call from the owner who promised they would ship the firearm by the end of August 2023. They did ship a separate ancillary accessory to the firearm but not the firearm itself.I followed up via email again on 9/15/23. I again received a phone call from the owner with new reason for the delay and no specific delivery time frame.

      On 11/02/2018 I placed an order and paid in full for two rifles.During the course of 2019 and into 2020 I had several conversations with the vendor, assuring me my rifles were being completed and would be shipped shortly.During COVID I did not pursue status. I initiated contact with the vendor at the start of this year, and received a text back on Jan 2. I subsequently followed by replying to their text on Feb 23rd, and again on March 14th, with no response.I would either like to receive my rifles or receive a refund.Thank you for your assistance on this matter.

      I ordered a specialty rifle from this business in September 2019 with a 6 month lag in build and delivery. COVID-19 then closed the business and interrupted supply chain for materials. I contacted the company multiple times and the delivery date continued to be pushed. Realizing I was not going to get my rifle I asked for a refund which was denied and the delivery date was pushed further again. I am no longer able to dispute the charge through Visa and would just like my money returned. Thank you!

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/09/08) */ The company returned my money by postal money order not credit card refund only after refuting credit card charges then asked me to recharge credit card hoping to get paid twice after not delivering my purchase for 3 years. It appears they may be running a complex wire fraud scheme by not delivering goods for more than 6 months, continuing to extend deadline and hoping to be out of the window for refuting charges and pocketing the money. My credit card company advised me to cancel my cards. I informed the business that it would take 60 days to resolve the refuted charge and they were still insistent on running a credit card again. I appreciate your assistance and backup on these questionable business practices. If additional email communication is required between myself and the business please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Thank you again, **************

      order date was 06/24/2021 orginal delivery day was 12/23/2021, kept postponing. Promised to ship the gun by 07/04/2022 over 6 months late. Refuses to answer phone, and email messages. They need to ship no later than 08/01/2022 or send a full refund.

      Order date is 1/19/2018, I paid $*****. It's now 6/21/2022 and I have yet to receive the product. I've called numerous times, and on the lucky instances where they pick up they just cite delay after delay. I have emailed countless times with very few responses, and they cite the same delay and excuses. I have even sent them two physical **** delivered letters. It has been 4 years and still no resolution. I have moved to another state and gotten married! This order is older than my relationship with my new wife! I would like the product delivered by 9/1/2022 or a refund in full. Store credit is not acceptable since I don't have faith that this company can follow through on an order.

      I ordered a M1 Garand for $******** on 1/9/2021 and a ***** A3 for ******** on 1/23/2021 and paid for them in full. *** said it would be 180 days before these items would be shipped. In December 2021, after several phone calls, I was told that his shop had to shut down because of Covid, for 14 days. by January of 2022 I was told that my rifles were scheduled to be shipped February 14th. At the end of February, I was told they would ship by early March. By mid-March I was told, "a realistic shipping date would be the last week of March for the M1, and the first week of April for the *****". It's April 27th, and still no notification of shipment, nor any communication as to why.

We will see. his new address is: ********************************************** I will keep you apprised as to what happens.
