    My daughters car was stolen 9/21. Insurance claim paid 12,000. I brought my daughter a car in Oct 2021. Engine blown Dec 2021. Called Sasah Moeeni, Manager I was told in Dec 21. sasah told me nothing he could do. I am out of $12,000 within 2 months of using the car. Elite Auto had to know something was wrong with engine. When the car was sold. No solutions was provided ny Sasah. Only no warranty. I asked do all cars have warranty? Sasah said he does not have to place warranty. Only if he wants too!

    THEY PURCHASED THIS CAR IN (OCTOBER 1) AND CALLED US LATE DEC SAYING ENGINE OF THE CAR IS BLOWN! THIS WAS A PERFECT CAR AND SUPER CLEAN, THEY BEEN DRIVING IT FOR LITTLE OVER TWO MONTHS, SUDDENLY ENGINE IS BLOWN AFTER THAT! WE AS A DEALER, PROVIDED THEM WITH ALL PROPER DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, CAR HAD CLEAN CARFAX, WE RAN A SAFTEY INSPECTION ON IT BEFORE SELLING IT, SMOG WAS DONE ON IT AND THE CAR WAS RUNNING PERFECT, AND CUSTOMER HAVE ALL THE COPIES OF THE PAPER WORKS, CAR WAS SOLD AS IS, ALL USED CARS ARE SOLD AS IS, AND WHEN CUSTOMER CALLED US, WE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THAT WE COULD DO FOR THEM, THEYY KNEW THEY BOUGHT THE CAR (AS IS) THEY HAVE COPIES OF ALL THE PAPER WORKS, I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT CUSTOMER IS SAYING WE KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE ENGINE! IF THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ENGINE, IT WOULD NOT PASS *** SAFTEY INSPECTION AND PASS *** SMOG, AND HOW COME THEY DROVE IT FOR OVER TWO MONTHS IF THEY ARE SAYING ENGINE HAD ISSUE FROM BEFORE! AND ABOUT THE WARRANTY, SHE ASKED US HOW COME YOU DID NOT OFFER US A WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, ( WE DO NOT HAVE TO OFFER THIRD PARTY WARRANTY TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND I TOLD HER THAT, WE JUST DONT HAVE TO, UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO, USED CARS ARE SOLD AS IS, THANKS.

    You also did not provide the sunroof you claimed you would send. $12'000 gone. You will be seeing me in court. The worst problem is engine failure 100,000 and the timing chain water pump. You were aware of the flaws and you still sold the vehicle. Reason why you didn't put warranty on it. It's not over. You are not a honest person, crook and thief. Consumers stay away!
