******************** 2:22 PM (0 minutes ago) to me I ordered a large flower plant basket (12 plants plus orchid) for a friend's funeral on 7/5/2022. The funeral was at ************************** Church at 11 am on 7/9/22. The flower plant basket never arrived at the church. I called on Monday 7/11/22 and spoke with ***** (who also took my phone order) and he apologized and said he couldn't find on the bill of sale paperwork that the basket was delivered and it was their mistake. He told me he would talk with the owner on the company about sending the family a courtesy arrangement and refund me the $******. ***** said to call back Tuesday 7/12 to work out the details and that he had already refunded me my money. I called back Tuesday 6 times with no answer. I have called back today many times, but still no answer. I checked my credit card and no refund. I live out of town now and have used this florist for over 30 years. A friend went to by Hill's Flower to see if the business was still open. Yes, they were open and their phone worked. ***** was there and shared an Invoice for a return of funds. That was 10 days ago and I still don't see it on my credit card. They didn't send what I ordered. They have not returned my funds for no flowers delivered to the funeral service. ***** told my friend the owners would not help or send flowers to the family. Terrible business practices. I need help getting my money back and flowers sent to the family as ***** said He would try to do.Business response
