I paid $850 * 2 (two children) for this camp. a few days before the camp , large fires started around the camp area (******** ) and there started evacuations In the area . The camp organizer was very unprofessional and didn't want to cancel the camp because in this case they would have to refund us money. When I called her , she said things like "if you don't feel comfortable you don't have to send your child " and then "if this was my child I wouldn't sent send them ". She went back and forth and finally canceled it , but only gave us 50% money back . Instead of keeping half of our money , she should've kept a small percentage. Unfortunately this is a second case with this business . In 2020, they canceled this camp months ahead of time "because of Covid" and gave us only 50% back. Similarly , they could keep a small percentage and not half is the money . It seems they're making business by taking and keeping lots of money of their customers .
