I previously had a AAA car care account (for towing) the account expired 10/22 in which I did not renew it. this account is pay as you want it, it is not a contract. if you no longer want it you dont pay and your not covered for towing. ok so 7 months later 5/23 I decided to renew the service again. I spacifically went into ****** office to renew and make sure they were starting me as a new customer and not connect me to the expired account. the clerk assured me that I would get a new expiration date to reflect may/**** expiration date. but in fact it came with the Oct expiration date so I called and the gal again assured me that she would send me another card with the may **** expiration date. well I got the card and it still reads oct 23 expiration date. so instead if keep being lied to I request your help to obtain my full years worth of tow service starting from 5/23-5/24Business response

I run the automotive repair ***** for AAA here at ******.
I believe she is making a complaint for the branch side which deals with insurance and membership.Not sure how she got my name or information.
Please have my name removed from this and contact manager for the branch.
