This guy at the counter (won't give his name) kicks people out of this store and block your number so you cant get a hold of the owner to tell him what kind of person he's got running his counter.
Meanwhile, i have to go elsewhere to get my vehicle serviced not that it's a big deal it's just an inconvenience to have to go elsewhere.
I can't figure out for the life of me why are these people are running a for. Chase their customers out. This guy even told one of my sons to leave his store. "His Store". For Real ? (I'm in disbelief)
Any How long story short I contacted B.B.B. to place a complaint.
My advise to Car Audio Express is don't treat customers like **** and chase them out of your store because they will just go somewhere else to some other Car Audio installer. End of story we paid $740.00 to another installer.

This guy who's is stating that i was belligerent is not being truthful and i my son will vouch for it. I went into car audio express to get an estimate for a complete stereo install. I had all the components i just needed the labor cost for the install. The young guy behind the counter (wouldn't give his name ) I told him i just need an estimate for a stereo install. I showed him what I had for components I mentioned an equalizer. He showed me one i didn't like the price so instead i just told him i just want the install Well, the next thing i know is he said " I tell you what, We're not going to do nothing for you or you son" and he told us to leave his store". We left and went down the street to another car audio installer and had them do the install. They charged me $840.00 for the install.
This stereo system install was for my sons 20th Birthday gift. Car Audio Express has installed 3 or 4 other stereo systems in my vehicles in the past. There's no reason to be treated the way i was in front of my son. I'm going on 60 years old this is not my first rodeo ride.
I won't go to Car Audio Express Ever Again And i will pass ******* the word of mouth not to go there as well. Until they start treating their customers with more respect i will get my vehicles serviced else where. I'm placing a formal complaint with B.B.B., The city of San Jose Franchise Tax Board For Review, and with San Jose Board Of Cambers Of Commerce for licensing review.
